MEssi is probably the Goat, Ronaldo Fenomeno was a fucking beast before his injuires something that we'll never see again BUT Zidane is the most incredible footballer i have seen with my eyes a perfect mix of a classic dancer and a football palyer, combining SPORT and ART I fucking miss him, he's from my town, i saw him growing as a kid in Cannes when he was 16-18 years old ... And a very humble man No other player you can see for he last 50 years can be compared to Zidane and like you said if you meet this guy in the street you would NEVER imagine this man could be so elegant with a ball. He was able to create offensive moves more than assists he was the best for pre assists ... like in Hochey if i could compare ... Some are born artists like Ronaldinho, but Zidane is ART ! Yo 4:36 I don't think y'all know how crazy, that was. He hit that shit on his weaker foot, even though both his feet are absolutely insane. Scoring a volley like that is like a right handed man drawing a full circle with his left hand. It was insane.

The two most remembered stages as a player were at Juventus in Turin and at Real Madrid, in which he was part of the team known as "Los Galacticos" in which he played with Ronaldo Nazario, David Beckham, Fernando Hierro, Roberto Carlos among others. His stage as a coach has nothing to envy to that of a player, the command of Real Madrid in the three Champions League in a row and after a year off he is training him again now.
The important thing with Zidane, is that he is a Midfielder. His job wasn't to score but to distribute the ball and actions. Make the game fluid, to make his mate score. When we see the guy playing, it look like a Fifa player, seeing the game from the sky, and knowing the position of all his mates in real time. This is the only player that showed us such skill. And on top of that, he made some of the most wonderfull goals of all time.. Because he just wanted to score. Incredible Footbal time, the game isn't like this anymore.
I gotta say. For two ppl who aren’t soccer players. You truly captured the essence of what kind of player he was. Big, nonchalant, elegant, point guard.

What surprises me the most of Zidane is after his masterful work around the defenders he delivers a beauty of a pass, and he makes it seem so effortless. What a crack!
that headbutt was in the 2006 world cup finals btw which was his last game too... a very memorable end to the carreer of one of the goats, but now he is the trainer of real madrid and he has won a ton of titles with them.

He was a midfielder and sort of a striker. He demolished my Brazil in two World Cup's in a bad way. In 2006, close to retiring, he Just cruised over Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Kaká etc... Motherfucker was a nightmare. One of my favorite of all time.
As a French, we're kind of your worst ennemy, Except for the tournament of france (before the 98 world cup) where you beat us with that FANTASTIC shot from Roberto Carlos, I dont remember France losing to Brazil. We're your kryptonite, just like Italy was ours for decades. We were blessed with a Genius with Zidane, the golden era of our football.
A point guard is usually called the play maker in football and he is the center of the formation so he can carry the ball from the defence to the offense
Zidane is undoubtely one of the best 5 midfielders of all time. He has won everything. And was always the most important player in these Teams. Scoring in the most important finals as a midfielder. You cant describe his value by watching a youtube video.
Hi guys . This player is a french world and european champion playing for Juventus of torino (best team in the world when he get there), then he moved to Real Madrid the greatest club in the world . Zidane was from 1998 to 2006 the best player in the world. always great in the big matches. The best because he is almost impossinle to play or to stop big regularity classy and gracious to watch, and above all humble, serving the colliectiv , making the teamates better .making the team better. Warch France spain 2006 or France Brazil 2006 ... two huge masterpeace. Against brazil, he humiliates ronaldhinio and all brazil.
Ronaldinho and zidane are like messi and ronaldo they even coached them like ronaldinho was messi's mentor and the number 10 before messi in barca while zidane coached ronaldo in madrid when they were kings of Europe for 3 consecutive years😎
There are some awesome players in history of football, but Zinedine Zidane is in his own level. This is not only his incredible level of the ball control. It is about his ability to "read" the game and change the orientation of the game, give a ball to a team mate.
You should check him with the French National team. One of the GOAT actually. If you'd seen him play live you'd be amazed by his ability to see the unmarked player and gave him the pass with damn accuracy! His ball control was out of this world and his intelligence of the game. Won the ballon d'or once but should have won it 3 times if he hadn't be so impulsive on the field. Finished his career with 14 red cards. If you wanna see one of his most beautiful game, check out the quarter-final of the 2006 World Cup: France-Brasil. A classic! Great video guys! Keep up like this!
17:40 actually Ronaldinho was impressed by Zidane. Ronaldinho looked more impressive and spectacular but Zidane was really effective, every move had a purpose for the game. Some call him "the master of elegance" because he made every move look super easy and natural. He was also famous for his ability to orientate his controls of the ball. He was able to receive tricky passes and control the ball quickly to put it in the direction of the game.
Yup! When Zidane has the ball there is this confidence/ calmness a fan gets because he follows through and he is dependable.. I never felt that while watching Ronaldinho. Of course he was amazing, but he was a hit or a miss. Zidane did something great every time he touched the ball.
This guy is the best french player ever is a legend in France he scored 2 of the 3 goals in the France-Brazil 3-0 finals of world championship 1998 he played in Real Madrid and coached too in this team when Cristiano Ronaldo was playing in Madrid. He also got an Icon Card in FIFA ^^
When he hit materazzi with his head, that was in the world cup final against italy in 2006. France lost to the penalty against italy and fail to win his 2nde WC. The whole country was sad, but everyone forgive Zidane for what he do because he is one of the most loved if not the most loved player of the whole history of the national team. Except this incident in the final he was a very calm player. He carried the France team so much, He had the best first touch of the ball ever
The crazy thing about the headbutt is he did that in the last gane of his career, in a tied world cup final that they ended up losing after he was sent off.
Zidane dances with the ball and the defenders. For that he is the most elegant player in history. Football looks like a Russian broom with him... El maestro.
Well, since they welcomed the WC and announced that they'll build a strong team, they still lack efficiency. I wish for more concurrence in football, but the European level is far above, with only the Brazilian, Argentinian and Uruguayan who managed to win a WC. And for Argentina and Uruguay it has been quite a long time ago. They are good, but they are far from mastering it like they master basketball.
he won almost everything as player and manager/head coach. As player : Best player award (1x), La Liga/Spanish League (Real Madrid) (1x), Serie-A/Italian League (Juventus) (2x), European Championship (Real Madrid) (1x), World Cup (France) (1x). As Manager/Head Coach of Real Madrid : La Liga/Spanish League (2x) and European Championship (3x in a row 2016, 2017, 2018)
The thing about zidane is that he has won against all the legendary players he defeated brasil full of legends like Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, cafu, Rivaldo, Roberto Carlos, defeated spain with their best team of the décade with France. That why he is considered as one of the greatest.
This headbut was in 2006 after materazzi and zidane said " Zidane : Yo stop grab my shirt, I can give it to you after the game / Materazzi : I would prefer your sis' ". He was sent out for this and we lost the world cup final, sad moment for us :(
Zidane is top 10 best players to touch the game and also at least top 2 best coaches, he's Real Madrid's coach, winning multiple back to back titles for them
Just a hint for you americans, in the soccer world Zidane is the equivalent of Magic Johnson. Not an athletic scoring machine as Cristiano Ronaldo/ Jordan but a big guy with incredible skills and passing abilities. One of the five best of all time and probably the best ball control and football IQ of all time. Plus.. everybody loves him.
for context the headbut was during a world cup final (the biggest single game in any sport) he was at his peak and he did it because the other player said something about his mother/sister. he obviously got a red card.
He CAN be a scorer but he was more of an orchestrator, a facilitator, an elite quarterback, a master of the ball. Definitely one of my top 3 favorite players of all time.

Zidane was a fckn Hero back in the Days, he always did "sometihng" and it was Fun to watch. The French National team back in the Days had 1 Strategy: Give the Ball to Zidane and fckn use his passes. He was the Gamechanger and his last Match, he gave that Headbutt to Mattarazi. Best Carrer Ending ever xD
He is possibly one of the best midfielder to ever play the game!! Also he played for Real Madrid at the time Ronaldinho played for Barcelona so they played against each other multiple times in Spain + also in the World Cup.
The comment about that particular point in time, with players like Ronaldinho - that Real Madrid team during Zidane's time was known as "Los Galacticos", consisting of Roberto Carlos, Ronaldo (R9), Beckham, Guti, Raul, Casillas, Figo, Makelele; they were truly a team of superstars
What? It was basically R9 v Zidane, then R10 v Zidane. In between Zidane was pretty much indisputably the best player in the world. There were great players like Rivaldo, Nedved, Figo etc, but Zidane was always considered the cream of the crop between the R9 (pre injury) and R10 eras.
Zidane is top 5 GOAT for his ability to carry teams, he led France to a World Cup single handedly being the best player in every game against ronaldinhos Brazil and Raul’s Spain. He basically won a ring by defeating jordan and pippen team, the Shaq Kobe team and that overpowered golden state team that’s what he did. That’s why he’s the goat. Winning a World Cup has no equivalence in basketball because it’s so noncomparative in its size and competitiveness. It is simply the hardest accolade to win in all of sports something that happens every 4 years imagine that with all of the worlds best talent. All it takes is for one injury in a team to mess up there chances. This guy carried France to a World Cup win in 1998 and then 2006 he carried them to the final where he got sent of on the 60th minute for headbutting the guy, zidane was wining 1-0 and they ended up having to play the rest of the 40 + extra time with only 10 men against 11 that’s how great he was .
like you all highlighted what's even more impressive is that his best moves and best plays are during crucial games/ crucial situation against the strongest players.
He’s French form North African origin and he invented the skin move called bicycle that every other footballer use today. From Cristiano Ronaldo to ronaldhino
And you should see how he slaughtered Ronaldinho (love him too) AND Brasil during the World Cup back in 2006, one of the last matches of his career. Absolutely amazing player, a genius
Ronaldinho brought millions of fans to the game. He was so good, but also the most entertaining soccer player to ever live. Zidane was elegant, still not as pretty to watch as Ronaldinho, but a more effective #10. Yes, if I was to chose a player for my team between them, I would select Zidane. This is my knock on Ronaldinho as he loves the game so much, that he almost didn't care whether he won or lost. Zidane had the killer instinct. He took his French national team to the world cup 3 times, winning two of them where he destroyed Ronaldinho's Brazil both time. And at least one of those times Brazil had both Ronaldinho and Ronaldo (#9), two top 5 players! However, Zidane ended his career on the worst play of his career. That head butt was in the final of a world cup against Italy. It cost him a red card and France lost against Italy. It was Zidane's last game. It was the worst way to finish a stellar career.
Actually they played rival teams in Spain, him for Real Madrid, Ronaldinho for FC Barcelona.. Luckily he wasn't in the Brazil team who played France in the final world cup game in 98, where Zidane scored the 2 first goals and became world's champion
What also need be said is that before Zidane, thee was a general state of mind in not just French soccer, but French sports in general: beautiful losers, or eternal 2nd. The "fear of winning". My dad often told me this joke : "the rules of soccer : 11 players against 11, no hands, 90 minutes, and in the end, Germans win." And then Zidane came. And France won 98 world cup, 2000 European cup, and went to world cup finals in 2006. Zidane looks gracious, but he had a killer mentality. He taught France, how to WIN. He gave all French athletes, the certainty, that they could beat anyone. He changed a national state of mind. He did just that. After him, France became the undisputed best in the world in handball, pole vault, judo, for decades now. They win soccer world cup again in 2018, after playing European soccer final in 2016. Female soccer players also achieve amazing performances with Lyon. There was the Tony Parker basketball generation as well, which won European championships. I mean, Frence is right there, ba y, and we owe it to Zizou. Plus, this guy, as a coach, leaded Real Madrid to three-peat the Champions League, no team nor coach ever did that before. He might retrograde in the GOATs rankings as time goes, because he was a master mind, rather that a scorer, and scorersget all the attention, but real connaisseurs will always keep him in their top 10.
Crazy facts: he is right handed but scored his most magnificent goals from.the left foot. His balls are ice : he scored 3 goals in 2 world cup finals, my favourite champions league goal also on the last game making him one of the most clutch players of the most important games you could ever play, knowing that he wasn t a striker and were not looking for stats like Messi or CR7. Just watch the highlights of the quarter final againt Brazil at the 2006 WC, he fucked them up real bad with a symphony his own.
16:20yeh the guy he gave the ball to ...happens to be ok...well possibly the best Centre Forward of all time kind of ok (R9), you are 100% correct about him being a point Guard, its absolutely the position from Basketball that relates

He was voted by fifa second place at Player of the decade votings after first place went to Ronaldinho
They only voted Ronaldinho because they like him more. Ronaldinho gets way too much praise due to nostalgia.
@@nadim2911 nah man. R10 was the most skillfull and influent player of that decade, nothing wrong with Zidane being second place.
@@nadim2911 no he won world cup, champions league, league 2x and confed cup. Also was 04 05 06 best player. Was deserveringly best of that decade. Zidane was actually always overrated was alwats good in big games but league never that good look at juventus it was Del piero at madrid it was beckham or ronaldo.
Zidane, Messi and Ronaldinho was the best 3 that I watched, and I watch football since 1999-2000.
@unknown unknown you said beckham at marid my guy ?
who is known for being overshadowed at madrid ?
"zidane maestro of the decade"would have been a much better highlight-video of the most elegant player ever to react to!
Nice, This Guy is one of the GOATs.
Zinedine Zidane "ZeeNeyDean ZeeDan"
He was the player that controled the pace of the game, not know for the amount of goals but for his game play, that is one of the reason that he is a Coach "Manager" at Real Madrid, won 3 champions league with them and left. They were doing so bad that they had to called him back as a manager.
And i agree with some of the other comments that there is more to football than CR7, Messi and Neymar Jr.
MEssi is probably the Goat, Ronaldo Fenomeno was a fucking beast before his injuires something that we'll never see again BUT
Zidane is the most incredible footballer i have seen with my eyes a perfect mix of a classic dancer and a football palyer, combining SPORT and ART
I fucking miss him, he's from my town, i saw him growing as a kid in Cannes when he was 16-18 years old ...
And a very humble man
No other player you can see for he last 50 years can be compared to Zidane
and like you said if you meet this guy in the street you would NEVER imagine this man could be so elegant with a ball.
He was able to create offensive moves more than assists he was the best for pre assists ... like in Hochey if i could compare ...
Some are born artists like Ronaldinho, but Zidane is ART !
A unicorn !
Zidane goat...he worked the whole brazil team twice
Yo 4:36 I don't think y'all know how crazy, that was. He hit that shit on his weaker foot, even though both his feet are absolutely insane. Scoring a volley like that is like a right handed man drawing a full circle with his left hand. It was insane.
While there was a 1-1 draw during the Champions League final !! This was the goal for the win and Madrid had their 9th thophy in this competition (which is the highest level in football)

The spin move that he does ....in Europe we call it "la roullette Marseilles de Zidane" he practically patented the move...just like Ronaldinho's signature move is the Elastico. They did not invent them, the streets did, but they show them to the world
Rivellino invented the Elastico. He was Maradona's idol.

Et tu oublies Bordeaux, bon club français de l'époque, qu'il a amené loin en coupe d'Europe avec ses amis Liza et Dugarry.
Platini had the same vision of the fields if not the same style.
React to Dennis Bergkamp - When football becomes art - ASComps - Match Compilations
He’s the most elegant football player in the world imo
Berbatov also
Thierry Henry🤩
Any Bergkamp video is recommended.
Legend of the iceman is my fave.
I prefer Marco Van Basten or Ricardo Kaka, they were really elegants players
Could you react to “RICARDO KAKA In His Prime ► The Unstoppable Player”

Yea
yep, this must be the next no doubt
He was one of the best players ever at his prime..
i was just about to say that can't wait for them to see kaka's goal at old trafford when he made heinze and evra crash lol
I gotta say. For two ppl who aren’t soccer players. You truly captured the essence of what kind of player he was. Big, nonchalant, elegant, point guard.
he's known for his first touch and ball control. you'd see him surrounded by 3-4 players and he's still come out fine with the ball in his feet.
He is the french GOD of soccer
Guys, you really improved your football analysis, we can see that after viewing videos and videos your accuracy is growing and your understanding of the moves, the difficulty, the "what is normal shit and what isnt" is becoming more and more on point. Shootout to you bros. Its a pleasure sharing this beautiful sport with you guys ;)
Maybe in a near future you could teach people like me a bit about Basketball as im a newbie at this
Sharing is caring lol, would be a pleasure ;)
What surprises me the most of Zidane is after his masterful work around the defenders he delivers a beauty of a pass, and he makes it seem so effortless. What a crack!
Zidane is better looking than the dude calling him ugly lmao
😂😂😂
that headbutt was in the 2006 world cup finals btw which was his last game too... a very memorable end to the carreer of one of the goats, but now he is the trainer of real madrid and he has won a ton of titles with them.
Zidane is like Pelé for the brazillians..he had it all..the perfect midfielder"technique",vision of the game,ball controls,he could score,left foot,right foot.free kicks,wonderful passes..Juventus,Real madrid whith figo,ronaldo,sergio ramos,roberto carlos,oh man,..glory days...
I saw Real Madrid play against Roma in 2003 in person... Watching Zidane warm up with the ball before the game was unlike anything i've ever seen in sports... I can't describe it... I just remembered thinking "I could live to 100, be in peak physical shape the whole time, do nothing but practice football, and still come no where close to zidanes skill in this game" he truly is a legend...
Glad you did this. There are more great players than just neymar, Ronaldo ,R9 & Messi. Do a reaction to xavi, iniesta or drogba next.

Zinedine Zidane is an example of success and seriousness. He is humble and has never had a big head. When other footballers met him, he called him "Monsieur Zidane". It represents strength and honor.
7:28 "that man" is the original ronaldo and is also one of the best players of all time. without injuries he would have been c ronaldo and messi level. even with injuries he was not that far off from messi c ronaldo level. before messi and c ronaldo hit their prime zidane that ronaldo and ronaldinho were the best of their era.
Y’all entertaining during this difficult time for me man, keep it up!!
@@Camuska bro... When Zidane came in the field. Jesus... I got chills from that 3 x 0 to this day, from 98
Yep, Zidane is tall and he trained a lot, his father taught him the good way, a hard working man.
I allways know Zidane as "
An elephant with a ballerina's waist" , you get it
When he hit materazzi with his head, that was in the world cup final against italy in 2006.
Zidane was in a stacked team at real madrid. There was R9, figo, beckham, roberto carlos, Raul
Thierry Henry would be a good one to watch. He absolutely dominated the English premiership for years. And he was also Zidane's French teammate
Thierry Henry is so underrrated !
Zidane dances with the ball and the defenders. For that he is the most elegant player in history. Football looks like a Russian broom with him... El maestro.
"American reacting on a sport they are unable to master".
At the moment they said "his ball control is kinda good" that was enough for me.
When they said "he slows the game" wtf. They re talking about one of the best player of the history.
Im afraid they will on day, some american players are good in european teams for exemple Weston McKennie
@@Ranyanya i hope no, but if american start to play football , in 10/15 years they can be in same level, they have infrastructures and knowledge ...
It’s genuinely interesting to see people from outside our world analyse our geniuses. Zidane is a different level
he won almost everything as player and manager/head coach. As player : Best player award (1x), La Liga/Spanish League (Real Madrid) (1x), Serie-A/Italian League (Juventus) (2x), European Championship (Real Madrid) (1x), World Cup (France) (1x). As Manager/Head Coach of Real Madrid : La Liga/Spanish League (2x) and European Championship (3x in a row 2016, 2017, 2018)
He also won 1 Euro with the French national team
The thing about zidane is that he has won against all the legendary players he defeated brasil full of legends like Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, cafu, Rivaldo, Roberto Carlos, defeated spain with their best team of the décade with France. That why he is considered as one of the greatest.
world cup 2006 final, penalty against italy, the goalkeeper: Buffon, zidane do a panenka shoot, that man has nerves of steel
This headbut was in 2006 after materazzi and zidane said " Zidane : Yo stop grab my shirt, I can give it to you after the game / Materazzi : I would prefer your sis' ".
He was sent out for this and we lost the world cup final, sad moment for us :(
I like y’all videos.
Please please check out Roberto Carlos, man had a canon for a leg
All I know about Zidanes style is I'm still waiting on him to actually try because it always looks like he just cruising at 50% and dominating
He's my absolute fav. He made me obsessed with this sport.
Definitely one of my top 3 favorite players of all time.
you should react to "inside Anfield : LIVERPOOL 4-0 BARCELONA | THE

Zidane was a fckn Hero back in the Days, he always did "sometihng" and it was Fun to watch.
The French National team back in the Days had 1 Strategy: Give the Ball to Zidane and fckn use his passes.
He was the Gamechanger and his last Match, he gave that Headbutt to Mattarazi.
Best Carrer Ending ever xD
Americans will never know the impact this man had on football. They don't see football the way other countries do
Yea he worked Ronaldinho, Ronie once said that the only player he wished had played in the same team as him, was Zidane
Zidane vs r10 wasn't even the highlight of that era lol every team had like 5 to 7 legends that time
A lot of legends but you are completely wrong here.
Zidane is now manager of REAL MADRID one of the most prestigious in the world like every season the team is expected to win everything.
And you should see how he slaughtered Ronaldinho (love him too) AND Brasil during the World Cup back in 2006, one of the last matches of his career. Absolutely amazing player, a genius
Perfect description for Zidane... taking a stroll in a winery.
Zidane's era was packed with legends
oh yeah so many great players
12:17 he dares put a Panenka on Buffon, one or the best goalkeeper of all times. Two legends face to face and he did that.
Hey guys the headbutt was in the final of the worldchampionchip game and it was his last game at his career
zinedine zidane is a fucking legend, you cant disrespect him like that
Actually they played rival teams in Spain, him for Real Madrid, Ronaldinho for FC Barcelona..
My dad often told me this joke : "the rules of soccer : 11 players against 11, no hands, 90 minutes, and in the end, Germans win."
And then Zidane came.
Zidane dominated Rinaldinho's Brazil in the World Cup. Pele, who is Brazilian, said it was a masterclass by Zizou.
