    Enjoyed your video.
I think it's just better not to be that person whose aim is to convert people at social functions. Of course, some people are genuinely curious and want information on veganism and they'll let you know, whereas others ask questions to only pass the time. With so much negativity connected to vegans and the vegan diet, it's best to keep to yourself.
Over thirty years ago, things were different even more relaxed but extremely challenging in terms of finding reliable information on the subject, even more so on finding.good products, which didn't even exist, except for tofu. Nowadays, the curious can go online and find a great deal of info on the subject if they wish. When I started in the 80s I relied on a one-sheet newsletter with names and phone numbers of vegans who would answer question over the phone. LOL. I miss those days to be honest.

    Great Video!
I particularly like the points raised about not being judgmental. overly evangelical, or hard on yourself if you slip a little. I became a vegetarian (not a vegan yet!) as a teenager back in the 1960's. While over that 57 year period, I have been rigorous about not eating anything that an animal was killed to produce, I don't necessarily think that either being a vegetarian or vegan, should be seen as requiring a religious dedication to either. The choice to be either a vegetarian or vegan is a personal decision. There is no score card and there is no higher power labeling slip ups as a 'sin'.
I believe that we each become vegetarians or vegans for our own personal reasons, but that most of us who decide to do so, become either for some mix of ethical concerns about the treatment of animals, environmental concerns, and/or health reasons. In that regard, any reasonably serious effort towards being either one moves the needle towards addressing concerns for the treatment of animals, the environment of planet, and better health. Personally from my perspective, as vegetarians and vegans, we therefore should not beat ourselves up if we slip off the wagon, and we should be applauding anyone who has made a genuine effort to move in this direction.
I truly appreciate the discussion points within this video that advocates that general thinking,
    Jeff

All plants have all 9 essential amino acids. No plant food is missing any essential amino acid. A diet that comprised of legumes, whole grains, nuts, seeds, vegetables, and fruits is guaranteed to supply an over abundance of ALL essential amino acids.

Great video. Thanks! Variety is the spice of life. May I respectfully suggest that you consider limiting your hand gestures? I'm sure this is natural to you, but it makes viewers a little dizzy with constant movement. I wish you the best success with your channel and vegan cooking.

Here's what I wish I'd know before going vegan: Take a vegan multivitamin, CoQ10, Creatine & Omega 3. Eat only whole, fermented or minimally processed foods. Exercise daily & life weights. Your video is too spastic with to much crap going on. Keep it simple; you don't have to use every special effect in your video editor. Also, too preachy and way off topic.
