Hopefully they scale his damage up.
Believe it or not when OG Paragon was out he was a menace. He could melt towers and his abilities were actually useful in team fights. he could kill secure with his staff shove and staff slam pretty easily. His main appeal was being a displacer in team fights.
When he was advertised his theme was to gank enemy lanes without them knowing ( due to his mobility ) where he would come from. He would shove you into his allies and spam his auto attacks causing chaos in the team fight that started.
Not saying y'all are wrong that he is weak, his damage is probably significantly nerfed compared to OG paragon since after his release the game started to die because characters like him would melt objectives insanely fast

You don't HAVE to go right click tbh.. I usually go stance first, since then, on spawn some of my jungle minions get the mark and that's extra gold or healing. I'll have the right click to early gank if solo or duo is pushed up.
I said this before and I'm gonna keep saying it until they change him. He's a mistake. Every game I have with a Wukong on the team that's not me(not because im good, not even close) it's a loss. When I take Wukong away from people I'm preventing people from going full damage, ganking lanes before having gear and not using Wukong to melt objectives. This is a disaster.
You have to play him like a scumbag, Ignore your team, take objectives, get your team some extra gold, occasionally you can join a team fight and do something but that's it.
yeah it seems like thats the playstyle you have to play which sucks
is there a reason why u dont dont use smite in the beginning?
Do you mean when the buff first spawns? If so I've gotten use to keeping it until the very end just the off chance I get invaded on

Imho, his kit is pretty bad. If his kit was more like Wukong in League of Legends, he might be pretty good. But, that's just my honest judgement without having tried the character in Paragon. They need to sort his kit out.

Tried Wukong in casual myself - total trash.
Saw other people play in ranked - absolutely useless.
Heard what top players say - worst character in the game.
He is only good at pve.
Yeah he only shines at doing objs which sucks
