Bread dough:

300ml warm milk
1 teaspoon of dry yeast (5g, or 15g of fresh yeast)
2 tablespoons of sugar (30g)
2 tablespoons olive oil or oil (30ml)
1 whole egg
1 teaspoon of salt (5g)
Filling/Covering:
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
Oregano to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
200g cherry tomatoes
150g Calabrian sausage
200g grated mozzarella cheese or to taste
Olives to taste
Cup capacity: 240ml
Pan/baking pan dimensions: 28 × 12 × 7cm
