- Time to stop neglecting yourself and become a self care QUEEN! I’m sharing Realistic Self care tips for busy women. As a new mom my self care routine has changed from my old self care rituals so I wanted to share self care tips for moms but I realised that there are busy women who don’t have time for self care day, self care Sunday or just want to learn how to self care. Part of my femininity journey was understanding the importance of self care so these self care ideas for women include shower routine, feminine hygiene, self care must haves + more!

Paying for services changes the game for me, saves SO MUCH time. I've thought about learning how to do my nails but I just don't have the time as much as I'd like to. Great video!💗
Sis I tried doing my nails during lockdown and it took me so long! And tbh I just love get pampered and all the things 😂

Another tip I’ve got for the shower is to use the Scrubee from Lush. I find if I shave my legs the salt from the sanctuary salt scrub really stings and while the exfoliation is amazing, it can be a lot everyday. The Scrubee is more gentle and is unbelievably moisturising (saves you time after the shower) and doesn’t sting as much when you shave.

Love your practical tips & positive mindset. Self care is so important, even with my insanely busy schedule, I schedule it like everything else. Face mask, hair mask, scrub - love it all. No matter how busy it gets with work, family, kids, I make sure self care is on my schedule. ;)
