I love dressing for ME gaze 🤭 when I catch myself in a mirror like yasssss fren! 🥰😻 compliments are a bonus but I get it let’s get dressed ladies! 👏🏾💃🏾
EXACTLY! I dress for ME. If I happen to receive a compliment, ok. If not, ok. Someone who does anything for the satisfaction of others will ALWAYS be disappointed.
Aside from my man, all my compliments come from women. Today at church, a WW told me she loved my yellow dress, and how good yellow looks on dark skinned women. 💛
Very good context but I believe it doesn't matter where you shop YOU WEAR THE CLOTHES THE CLOTHES DONT WEAR YOU! I will mix walmart and YSL and still look great or all TARGET and still turn heads confidence is key
Confidence is definitely key! I’m in the UK so we don’t have Target etc. so I’m mainly referencing the quality of online fast fashion brands but people should use discernment and do what they want to do 💕🫶🏽💕
I was raised by my paternal grandmother. She was so stylish and confident. She had a dressmaker who would make her formal gowns for the different galas. Well I started sewing in middle school and always saw myself as being larger than I actually was. But I didn't like looking like anyone else so I found my own style very early on and have been at it ever since. Men and women stop me and compliment style. I love gloves and men's hats. Something about those fedoras and that red lipstick. I'v met more people by accident than I ever have on purpose. I absolutely adore clothes and fabric. Go for it ladies!
Wow, if you were close to me, I would give you a hug. Over the year, I realized I have completely changed the way I dress. And now everything you are describing is what I did. When I receive compliments from females, I really do feel good because I know I look good. The only thing I do is wear press on nails, but the short ones and I do them myself.❤❤❤❤❤
I loved this video! While I want to be seen as attractive to men, I don't like to over expose myself so dressing for the female gaze is everything!! I'm a minimalist when it comes to makeup and jewelry. I loved this video!!
I’ve added the colour season link in my description box hun, my website is currently going through a rebrand but will be up and running soon, will announce it on my community tab 🫶🏽
now I feel bad- so I apologise - I should have phrased my criticism of the cleavage some what differently. Other than that you look beautiful u hair is also on point
Please be patient with me for the long explanation. I have a question at the end. I’ve watched just a few of your videos. I ran across you today. I like your videos. I like your messaging. The main reason I liked your videos and messaging is because your chest is covered. I reviewed a few of your videos and noticed you are publicly elegantly dressed with your chest covered. Elegant modesty. This video is different. Very different. I can see your chest and the bottom portion of your chest undergarment. I’ve noticed this trend, over the past few years, the trend to have a deep V-neck with the female chest showing. I’ve stopped watching a number of women because of this trend. Amongst women whom I thought to be elegant. Elegance includes Modesty - knowing When to wear What. Personally, it is disrespectful and a lack of elegance to have our chest out. We can’t say we want to be publicly elegant and then dress ourselves in a way that causes a person to think about private intimacy. Wrong setting. My question: Is this the female gaze? To show the chest and to attract other women’s smile so they say they like the outfit? Will you explain please? I genuinely want to understand. Genuinely. Thank you in advance for explaining.
Hey hun, so happy you felt comfortable sharing your thoughts. Female gaze is unrelated to modesty, it’s more about dressing the way you want to outside of male validation. However I completely agree with you regarding my cardigan. I’m relatively new on my modesty journey so still figuring out what modesty means to me in relation to my style and body type. I’ve since been wearing the cardigan with a best underneath and will be taking it to my tailor to see if they can add a button. Thanks again for your respectful insight 🫶🏽

nice hair and outfit - cleavage is a bit too much and detracts from the message. The outfit would be a fail in formal settings

You say all that to say… It’s not the male or the male gaze, the problem is you.
