They have really cut down on the movement to operate a grader like I tell everyone it’s like sitting in your recliner while operating a grader definitely makes the 14hr days a little easier.
In all honesty I will be staying with the new 140 with levers I don’t like the Deere steering on the joystick machine and I checked on the new 140 and the new cab design is only for the 120
Yes Yes, you can drive a Nintendo, sure....it looks as exciting as playing Turbo Snake or Pacman. I think I'll stick to pullin levers, Like A REAL Grader Driver!!! 😁😂🤣😜
@@graderman140m I'm going back up to the property tomorrow to push more dirt around. I still haven't heard about my Dragline I'm looking at buying. 38-B ,but found out where it is and that people from church own the sapphire mine that it has been used on. It's supposed to be a good machine.
Thanks for letting us ride along with you. Like the expanded drivers view that the Deere gives you.
Your welcome thanks for watching there’s plus and minus to the big front window on the Deere
@@graderman140m What are the draw backs to the improved view for operator?
@@martymorse2 I don’t like the big front wind for the sun being in your eyes I like the small front window on the cat sun doesn’t bother you as bad.
@@graderman140m that makes sense. What size CAT do you operate? You must have a better feel for the controls with the CAT.
@@martymorse2 I operate a cat 140M3 been operating the M series for 11 years so yes very comfortable with the M series controls
It amazes me how much you don’t have to even move around anymore. Like sitting at home in your lazy boy 👍👍

You look pretty relaxed in that beast I did notice tho that you didn’t have your slope gauge in the window lol
It’s a very relaxing machine and yeah I added the slope gauge on my other Deere machine.
I think you should demo the new Cat 140 2021 with the new design Cab and then make a decision !

Visibility comparisons?
It doesn’t have the visibility the cat has but it’s not bad I get to plow snow with it tonight that will be the real test of it
Does the cab seem noisier or is just my mind lol
I thought it was a little noisier then my Cat machine

Lol well I’m probably going to be having 2 blades with steering wheel and levers to replace my M series.
