I’m 28, my amh was 0.22 like that of someone in their 40s, I freaked out! My fsh was also 14. Doctor told me to look for a fertility clinic because getting pregnant on my own will be too difficult. We conceived naturally 2 cycles later! Don’t pay attention to the numbers too much ladies!
Good to hear this, your post lifted my hope, last month my Amh test came back 0.21 and I've been weakened since then. Seeing your post reinforced my hope. I wish you a safe delivery dear.
@@hafsatokin7809 Yea these positive stories were so helpful for me to read too, and I was wondering if it would happen to me, and it did! Honestly I feel that a lot of times reading negative things online make problems seem so much bigger than they are. With endometriosis it seems to be the case. I have endo, which can decrease your amh, I also had surgery for it. I was reading so many sad stories about endo causing infertility that I was starting to believe it would be me. My advice is to just try and see what happens, endometriosis does NOT mean infertility! Even if it's a bad case of it.
Hafsat Okin also, I have heard specialists say that they’ve worked with smaller amh level less than 0.01, and those people were still able to conceive. That is of course if age is still below 40, it does get trickier with advanced age
keepinitreal just out of curiosity when in your cycle did you have the AMH done? I just went to have mine done today on CD 23 and then saw this video so I’m feeling a little bit of regret for not watching it sooner and waiting until next cycle to get it done.
@@heatheralonzo7969 I tested it on day 3 because I was also testing fsh and estradiol, so did them at the same time. But I was told it's not cycle dependent. What was your result?
I had my daughter at 33 then started trying again at 35. Over the next two years I had 2 ectopics and 3 miscarriages. I then was told I had AMH 0.2 only 5 follicles and FSH 16. I was told we could only have ivf with an egg donor. 6 months later I was pregnant again I have a 5 week old baby - conceived completely naturally. I have now been diagnosed with POI my Lh is 38.4 and my FSH is 57.9.
I had my AMH tested one month before my 30th birthday, 0.03. I was tested again after 1.5 years of dieting, prolonged fasting and a lot of supplements my result was 1.15. I did all on my own, with God’s help of course, but my doctor told me multiple times nothing could be done, the only solution is IVF. I still haven’t gotten my miracle, but my day will come. The whole experience with doctors has been very disheartening and disappointing.
USAmaghrebiya, Supplements: maca, DHEA, vitamin D, vitamin K, fish oil, prenatal (I take the Thorne Brand) green tea, ashawandha. At the time I was doing keto diet, but it’s so hard to me to keep it up, so now I try to avoid white flower, so I eat whole wheat bread and pasta, and fruits. I hope it works just as well. Recently I started drinking 1 smoothie every day, with lots of greens and some seeds, pre ovulation I add flax seeds and pumpkin seeds, pos ovulation, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds. Good luck in your journey! I know it’s not easy, I wish you the best!
@@FeRadovanski Hii Lou can u please tell me how many mg your taking the supplements and the smoothie recipe it will be very helpful I hope you will understand
DHEA is what worked wonders for me!! I have a AMH of 0.28 (32 years old) and had 2 miscarriages. After taking DHEA 75mg for 8 weeks I noticed that my PMS symptoms disappeared - boob pain for 2 weeks and 3-4 days of spotting (which tells you that something could be wrong with your eggs). Then we conceived first try! I am currently pregnant with a baby boy :)
Hi, just came back here after 4 years to say thank you for helping me not give up because of my low AMH and keep trying. I am happy to say that I now have a,4 year old beutifull healthy daughter. Also it's important to work on the quality of your eggs by eating healthy and the right supplements . I also had naturophat treatments.
What Ingefleur said about *when* AMH is tested is so true. I ordered my own blood test on day 3 of my cycle and then my doctor tested me at the end of my cycle- we are talking a few days before my period which came on time, so end of my luteal phase. I didn't realize the doctor would do this test but I'm glad I ordered my own on CD3. My results for the cycle on the CD3 test had me at 2.77 AMH and the late luteal phase test had me at 1.77 AMH. My doctor told me that they would prefer I was over 2 and said I had 'low AMH'. I wasn't alarmed though, because the same lab did both tests and I knew earlier in my cycle it was a higher number. I think if I hadn't ordered that other test I would have gone home feeling bad about myself. And the doctor really offered no information beyond just keep trying and we want that number higher- no explanation of how to get it higher! I'm not sure what they expect me to do or how they think it feels when you tell someone they have bad numbers on blood work and then send you home with no further information or counseling. Anyway, like I said I wasn't perturbed because I knew I had a good number earlier in the cycle. Anyway, my heart goes out to women who are being told their AMH is low when maybe it isn't. And AMH is relatively new and I think there's still a lot to learn about it.
I had my test done 1 week after ovulation and it came out 0.14, i suspect that the true numbers will be at the beginning of the cycle. I want to have it redone. Thank you for sharing your experience.
Girls, I tested at 2.6 PMOl/L and that is very low! Having said that, I’ve conceived 4 times in the last 2 years. Unfortunately, no baby as my son had Trisomy 18 and died at birth and the other 3 were miscarriages, BUT I WAS able to conceive! Now I’m on a mission to eat healthy and and I’m on a ton of supplements. My Vit D is horribly low so that’s probably why. Praying for you all! It IS possible!!
Thank you! I’m 29 my AMH is 3.4 but my FSH is 14. They are still calling it unexplained. TTC for 2 years, 8 months med cycles and 3 IUIs. I would really love to see a video of FSH please!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Kristin Ripley many things can raise your fsh, and it can also fluctuate a lot. Mine was also 14, I’m 28, I work pm shift, go to bed at 2am, I was told that could be a contributing factor on fsh. I hear acupuncture has great success bringing down fsh! But we conceived even with my fsh and amh of 0.22
I love your videos. I had a major endometriosis surgery that took me from 1.5 to .29 after surgery. I was shocked at the dramatic decrease in a year. I'm hoping this is an inaccurate number but then again I don't know much about this. Also, thanks to all the ladies sharing their encouraging stories!
Honestly, after this video, I got pregnant and had a miscarriage and haven't been into it as much. But I will share some good news though. Although all of our egg counts go down each month, the doctors can't predict how many we have left by the hormone level with complete accuracy. They can only go by the hormone. So, honestly after worrying and so much hurt, I'm just resting in God and not working about it anymore. I do take some supplements to increase it, such as CoQ10, and Serrepeptase and Nattokinase to eat away at any scar tissue that may have formed. I take it consistently along with a prenatal and maca to level my hormones. My diet is close to the Endo diet but not perfect, but yeah I'm taking preventative measures but I'm gonna enjoy the life I have. If God blesses me to get pregnant again, I will thank Him but I'm done worrying and wasting my life on constant agony or negative thoughts around infertility.
Me and wife we are at our mid 30`s and just gone through a series of test and her AMH value was 0.81, and the doc says it`s was considered as a LOW value, and he added that we might opt. for DONOR in IVF process in future, My wife was broken when she heard what the doc said, even me i was feeling low. but Thnx to ur video we do have a long way to go. Yes, I would love to hear more about fertility testing. Thanks to you I am now so much into this whole topic fertility and I am craving to learn more about it every day. I already know so much more than all of my friends that are already moms and I am not yet.. but we keep trying and hope so much that we are blessed soon with a big belly 💛
Sinja Kraus I think it’s because when people don’t face any struggles with it they never have to learn about it. But once women are faced with challenges they find themselves searching for answers, and have to learn a lot real quick.
Such a stress relief video! I was so worried about my AMH before .Now feeling confident and full of hope! For me,definitely would need to lose weight first. Thank you👍🏻

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment Leah, your words are very encouraging to me! So glad I'm able to help you learn more about your fertility 💜
My level went from 3.15 to 3.11. I haven’t been diagnosed with PCOS though. I have had two second trimester miscarriages, with what doctors say was caused by incompetent cervix. I am so confused 😭 I just want to be a mom. My baby girl would’ve been born next month.
Did your doctors advise you to get Transabdominal Cerclage to avoid 2nd trimester lost? Please look into it. Most of the time doctors and insurance companies wait u til the second lost to tell you this. It’s insane!
My AMH is 15.5. Indication of PCOS. Got diagnosed with PCOS This year. Been trying for a year and a half. Tried letrozole for 3 months. I wasn’t ovulating on my own. Now I’m off to a fertility specialist. I always wondered what my AMH meant besides PCOS.
I am 32 with a low AMH of 0.32 ng. That’s low… 3 Fertility doctors have told me to do IVF this year because I have little time left. My vitamin D levels came optimal because I supplement. I also take Coq10, DHA, Resveratrol and Quercetin, folate. I cut sugar, gluten, lactose and histamine rich foods from my diet as I also have IBS symptoms. I try to have natural products in my house and only wash myself with natural products. I cut caffeine which was so hard for me. And I still haven’t had a positive pregancy test in 3 years. Now I am afraid I will go to menopause soon, but I don’t really want to do IVF. Is IVF my only chance? My prolactin levels came high but the rest of my analysis came out fine, no infections..no other hormonal imbalance, thyroid is fine. I just don’t get it…
Oh man that does sound so hard lovely, you're way too young to have to deal with worrying about going into menopause. It looks like you have worked on a lot of things already to reduce toxicity and make sure your body has the right building blocks. Yet your prolactin being high and AMH so low for your age, shows something is definitely up. I'd have to dive into your case to work out with you what the reason is, but that something is the matter is evident to me. Often I find with low AMH at the "wring" age that there was trauma in the past, namely to the uterus or sexual organs (anything from abuse to something that is supposed to be benign like surgery) but it can also hapoen after grief/loss. Sometimes that goes hand in hand with high prolactin because the grief lowers dopamine levels which can lead to high prolactin if it's severe. To figure this out with you and provide you with solutions, Id have to study your case which the comment section isn't a great format for 😆 however I could help through a Fertility Assessment which I currently have slots available for (www.ingefleur.com/work-with-me). It's likely that multiple things are playing a role and that you need an overall approach that covers your history (also the IBS) as well.
@@FertilityHomeopath Thank you so much for your answer. I just discovered your channel and Thank you for the information you are sharing. I will definitely consider working with you…
@@ashh9780 Thank you for the encouragement! That is what I often think..that if I could find the problem and get the appropriate treatment...maybe I can get pregnant naturally.
@@ashh9780 would you mind if I asked you how much you managed to increase it to? I miscarried last year 3 months in and now have been told that my AMH is 0.8 so I’m feeling pretty devastated 😢
Yes please! I am having a very hard time diagnosing my crazy cycles and symptoms, but unsure where/how to get started in the medical system to get some answers.
Erin Bowman I suggest to look for a good endocrinologist/fertility doctor in your area, research some online, maybe ask people for suggestions. If you have trouble with your cycles you need to be seen by a specialist who will test your labs etc. this isn’t something you can figure out all on your own through the internet
Thank you for this video. I was freaked out and worried when I received my results. Mine is 1.6 and I’m 33 years old and will work on my diet and lose weight.
1.6 at 33 isn’t that bad..you should not feel discouraged. Mine is 0.32 ng at 32 of age. All doctors told me to go directly to IVF…and I don’t really want to, but what if I will enter menopause? :(
I am working on bringing down my weight. I will follow your advice to increase this. Yes please bring the video on types of fertility tests to ask for.
Thanks so much for this video Ingelfleur. I was really down today after yet another month of negative... been ttc for 18+ months now. I'm closing in on 45 years (birthday in Sept) and am losing hope. I went thru fertility testing early this year and my AMH came back at 0.91 my FSH was great... but only one follicle in each ovary. Had three early losses last year and have not fallen pregnant since despite starting on CoQ10 since Nov. I had my first child at 41 years and would desperately love to give her a sibling... but losing hope... my doc said my losses were due to poor egg quality... which confuses me as my FSH and hormone values came back all good. :/
Aw I'm so sorry lovely, infertility is so hard isn't it... listen... You DO have follicles. .. and your hormones are good, so just focus on caring for the few follicles you have ok? Check out my other video on egg quality so you can add the basics to the CoQ10. Your dr can't know btw if you have poor egg quality. .. this is an understandable assumption based on the losses but you can't know for sure. Also... Your AMH is more than normal for your age and still within the acceptable range, so keep hope and keep doing what you can 💜
Doctors go by statistics, what is a likely scenario. But they’re not always right! God can give you a child any time, it only takes one egg. If travel isn’t a problem, you can visit a doctor in nyc who’s amazing at natural conception when ivf and all other things fail. He’s like a detective I heard!
@@FertilityHomeopath thank you so very much for your reply Ingelfleur... I know you have a very busy schedule...so I really appreciate it xoxo. Yes please add fertility testing to ask for. I've had recurring pregnancy loss... 5 miscarriage and they (kaiser) will not do any testing. They did test AMH it came back low after my 2nd and 3rd miscarriage but they didn't care to inform me till I had other medical issues... the last test came back at .69 and from there they blamed my miscarriages on that.
Has anyone else in the comments went on to get pregnant after seeing or commenting on this video? Update everyone with some hope, spread the good news! :)
Struggling to conceive 2nd time around, my son is almost two. Im lighter by a stone this time and my husband is about a stone heavier (he was very underweight) we eat organic meat now aswell. I think I'm going to start tracking my fertility. I don't want to come across spoilt but it's a real Shock to the system, because first time we fell pregnant straight away.
I know what you mean! I have 3 healthy children and never had any problems getting pregnant with any of them. My last daughter was born 5yrs ago and for about the last 3yrs hubby and I have wanted another. We started really trying by me tracking everything 2yrs ago and it's so hard and gut renching this time. I never thought I would have trouble getting pregnant!! My husband was diagnosed last year with rheumatoid arthritis and Lupus and we think the medications he takes are what is the problem now. But there was still 2yrs before that we we're both perfectly healthy and it didn't happen. I understand totally what you are saying and I hope and pray that you do get another chance at being a mother!! It's the greatest blessing!🤗

I'm sure you have long since made the proposed video, but yes, what tests to ask for is important, as is where to get them. I would say be careful about going to someone who is going to cast doubt on your fertility, because that is so upsetting. I am 48 and went to a "natural fertility clinic" I had to drive an hour to get to. Although I had told them on the phone I was wanting to get pregnant at 48, when I got to the doctor, she said she doesn't help women over 45, because the chances of conceiving naturally are "rare." I countered that my grandmother was born when her mom was 49 and that my doctor had determined my biological age to be 39. (The very concept that calendar age and biological age are not the same was alien to her.) She ran some tests though and called me sheepishly to say that they were "better than I thought they would be." Yeah, jerk. AMH .80, FSH 6.9, estradiol 44.6. That was July. Now it's September, and after two months of fertility acupuncture, it looks like I'm pregnant. And not only that, but I am planning to have my second in my early 50s. Thank you for all that you do--it's encouraging and so informative!

Hello: I just wanted to share this information with the hope of encouraging other older women who desire to have a baby that it is possible. I found out soon after I got married at 45 he Doctor told me that I had fibroids, not just one or two, but 3. Sizes were like Grapefruit, Orange and Lemon. My husband and I were trying to have a baby, but it was difficult. The Doctor told us to see a Fertility Specialist. We decided not to go that route. We continued praying and to keep on trying. A few months later we received the wonderful news, that I was pregnant. I had regular monthly Doctor visits and later I had a healthy baby boy at age 46, although by C-Section. I'm now 50 and our son is 4 years old. I am very thankful to have our son and although I a little older now and the odds are greater, however, I still desire to get rid of the fibroids and possibly have another baby God's willing.
God bless you all! You are all in my prayers. I’ve been praying so hard and crying out to God that we can receive the blessing of a baby. I trust in God’s miracles. He makes what seems impossible, possible.

I'm 36 with AMH of 0.44 I'm following your advice to improve egg quality. We are TTC naturally and this is our 2nd month after finding out about my AMH. I've been charting my BBT and taking OPKs. My BBT tells me I ovulated but my OPKs are light to medium :( I didnt do a day 3 test yet. I'm in my 2 week wait, so just praying I won't have to. Are BBTs more reliable than OPKs? Should I ask my RE for a hystosalpinogram? What other test should I ask for?

Thai Phi Nguyen other than tracking ovulation, I was taking coq10, prenatals, also acupuncturist suggested to take “royal jelly”, it’s natural stuff that bees make to make the queen bee grow huge! Supposedly it can help support the ovaries as well. Also another thing I tried differently that month was a baking soda douche. Read up on that. My doctor recommended to do it 30 min before sex. What it does is it neutralized the ph of vagina, it tends to be acidic and can kill sperm. And that cycle woala! We conceived, so idk if it helped or if it was just a coincidence. Also if you don’t already follow the “egg whisperer” channel on RUclips, do. She’s an amazing ivf specialist who talks about fertility and gives tons of tips! if it wasn’t gonna work out naturally I considered going to her for treatment. Good luck!

Hi Ingefleur. I catched your new video as you publised🌸 what about the link between low AMH and ovulation each month? Does low levels linked with anovulatory cycles? And I am very curious about what do you think if there is a link between chronic constipation and infertility? Thanks
Jenna M. No low amh doesn’t mean you’re not ovulating. You can have a lower reserve, but still good quality eggs that are released monthly. My amh was 0.22 the one time I tested, and my cycles regular, I ovulated monthly, tested it with opk, bbt and progesterone strips. And we conceived in 4 cycles

Also my period is becoming irregular with a shorter cycle and negative OPKs, please help. I’m so confused on what to do next and doc is encouraging a hysterectomy.
Thanx you for the video. A lot of information inside, very interesting. Please i have a question: on day 3 of cycle i have normal FSH = 5.4 IU/ml and estradiol= 55 pg/ml with very low amh level 0.1 ng/ml. Is that mean I have a diminished ovarian reserve because amh is very low but how FSH is still normal level, should’nt be higher??? I repeated the test after a month and FSH still normal. What does it mean? Can i still conceive naturally? Or i need ivf? Estradiol is it good? Thanx you for your answer.
I'm 46 as well. Did u have your Fsh and Amh tested? Do you still get a period?. Sorry. I was told I could only get pregnant through ivf with donor eggs. I've only had 1 period in the last year. So I was wondering as well if there's still hope. Good luck on your ttc journey! Thanks!

Wow impressive, can you please share your diet and supplements. Thanks

OMG I saw your comment and was so relieved, I did my AMH test 8 days after ovulation and it was 1.2 and that broke my heart
I had my test done 1 week after ovulation and it came out 0.14, i suspect that the true numbers will be at the beginning of the cycle. I want to have it redone. Thank you for sharing your experience.
Thank you so much

Girls, I tested at 2.6 PMOl/L and that is very low!
Having said that, I’ve conceived 4 times in the last 2 years. Unfortunately, no baby as my son had Trisomy 18 and died at birth and the other 3 were miscarriages, BUT I WAS able to conceive!
Now I’m on a mission to eat healthy and and I’m on a ton of supplements. My Vit D is horribly low so that’s probably why.
Praying for you all! It IS possible!!
I am so sorry for that awful loss ❤️ How impressive to see you are on a mission and are keeping your spirits up!

Finally, I was waiting for this information. I got tested recently and feel more informed now. Thank you!
You don't know how much I needed to hear this!!!
But we conceived even with my fsh and amh of 0.22
Try organic wheat grass! It’s suppose to lower FSH.
😢😢same here. I had endometriosis surgery with amh 1.89 which dropped to .64.
I have had also ovarian endometriosis surgery. AMH dropped from 4.25 to 1.94.. Within 5mnth.. Will it decrease further? 😢

A video on fertility testing and interpretation is a great idea! Happy new year Fleur :)

@@babygirlshivanshi3971no 😢. It’s been quite an emotional challenge.

Do vitamin D and iodine level test........... Basically vitamin D and iodine supplements are helpful for miscarriages history

(The very concept that calendar age and biological age are not the same was alien to her.)
She ran some tests though and called me sheepishly to say that they were "better than I thought they would be." Yeah, jerk.

@@Keepinitreal55 That's good to hear! Congratulations and thank you! That gives me hope. Mind sharing what you did? Tips?
I just met with my fertility specialist for the first time and I was told that u can’t “improve the quantity” of eggs because when we are born we are born with all the eggs we will ever have...I come here and hear something entirely different. Can someone tell me what her qualifications are? I just don’t want to get my hopes up. My amh is only .01....
God bless u. I love your videos
So well explained
I am 32 (nearly 33) my husband was very I'll and nearly lost his life 12 years ago, after he had treatment he has now become nearly infertile. He has sperm, but low quality, volume and mobility. We were told we could have funded IVF but, now I have been told my AMH level is too low for the funded treatment.😢 But, the level they want is 5.4 or above and my level is 2.3 but from research I have done I dont think that this is that low? We have been trying naturally for 7 years and I am devastated that we now may never get the chance to have children. Please help, thank you x

Thank you for the AMH information. I’ve just been through fertility testing and will appreciate a video on the topic.
Also would be nice to know a bit more about clomid and what are the reasons for it not working third month on the row.
Bless for your advancing pregnancy and shame I can’t sign for treatment with you. Can you recommend a good practitioner?
Thank you for this video. I am 29 years old and my doctor told me my 2.10 AMH is considered low. Now I am freaking out.
Hey if your trying to conceive then whatsap the man DAT help my aunt

That’s not low
How worried should we be? We have a high AMH.. 49 ng/ML… what are our chances, we are doing IVF..
Does vitamin d deficiency use up the eggs or does it just make the AMH numbers lower? I don’t understand.
I love you and your videos.. you always give me positive vibes. Sometime i watch and rewatch just to fee better. Thank you!
Great video! Thank you for your time to create it!
I am 40 and going to get my AMH tested first time. Is that ok to get my AMH tested on day 3 of my cycle?
Yes that's good timing!
I have 0.3 left so I’m screwed
Consider IVF
Thank yoU! I needed to hear this.

Hi!
I’ve had PCOS for 14 years, and my latest FSH was 6 and AMH 40.83.
Hi, is it pmol/L or ng/ml?
@@rmaa5092 ng/mL ! Why do you ask?! 🙂
Hi, thank you for these explanations. How do I read my results is it's written "pmol/L"?
Thank you for your help.
Thank you so much for your videos. You always have encouraging words. Sometimes doctors can make you feel so bad about yourself, quite insensitive. Its nice to hear, all may not be lost, to be hopeful and healthy, and you may just get pregnant. ❤.
Does high AMH necessarily mean pcos? Skin tag seems to be my only symptom but 3 years ago my AMH was over 4ng/ml...now my doctor basically thinks its a hopeless case. (I'm 40 now)
Hi Ingefleur.
@@Keepinitreal55did you get pregnant naturally or by ivf? Did your doctor tell you what your low amh levels mean?
thank you so much
Can endometriosis lower amh?
Mine is 0.98 I am 36 is that normal I have never been pregnant and have suffered from polyps had them removed still not getting pregnant and now they found something small again but to small to tell if its another polyp
That the number of a man that can help you conceive
My AMH is 0,8 and my FSH is 38,9. So it seems I got the menopause... I am 47 and I want another have one more child. I am so sad. Please help me.
Info please! My AMH bloodwork last year was 14. This past winter, it was 19. I'm 38 years old and have pcos.
More information on high AMH will help a lot. What can we do if we have AMH over 10, how to bring it to normal level? Thank you!
Hi Fleur! I’m 39 and husband and I have been TTC for year and a half now. Recently had HSG and doc said my right tube is blocked and there is a small fibroid in uterine cavity.
Estradiol is high
You’re right... it should be lower than 50
What is FSH? And how much of the vitamin D. Thank you. And I’m 46 is it still possible?
I'm 46 as well. Did u have your Fsh and Amh tested? Do you still get a period?. Sorry. I was told I could only get pregnant through ivf with donor eggs. I've only had 1 period in the last year. So I was wondering as well if there's still hope. Good luck on your ttc journey! Thanks!
Advice please! I am trying to conceive. Last June my doctor gave me clomid and it doesnt work I had my period on my 30CD. Then she prescribe me Femara on my CD3. Today, its my CD16 and she told me that I dont ovulate😔. I did my test for AMH last night. Awaiting for the result. Anyone have issue like mine. How to ovulate naturally?
I did a women's fertility test and it says my estradiol level is low. How can I increase it naturally?
Hi......
I am 30 years old married from last 3 years trying to conceive but my AMH is 0.07 and FSH is 70 😢😢....
Doctors rejected for IVF and donor egg is not allowed in my religion....
Is there anything which i can do to change my levels???? i want to conceive....
First of all thank you for your videos and hard work to help us.
Four or five years ago i was diagnostic with pcos because i started to have a lot of acne at very late age.
So every doctor i saw told me i have it.
But this year i started TTC i am now 31, and i started all the tests, i did 2 AMH test one was 0,75 and another one 1,12 so for my doc its impossible i have pcos.
I tested my fallopian and uterus everything is okay but when i tested my cervical mucus apparently is killing all the sperm...so i need to do intrauterine insémination... i am so desperate and confus... how can i fixe my CM?
Thank you
Hi, did you find any solutions to your cervical mucus? I really need help
