The NCR Ranger helmet would always stick out. It's not power armor, it's lighter, its impressively tough, and it looks as intimidating as the others on that picture.
Konstantinsen most ncr veteran rangers are pre war ghouls who served in the US military so... they’re kinda a big deal

Raggeird 076 yes, if you play fallout new vegas and talk to some of the veteran rangers, you’ll notice that some of them are ghouls, and if you played i think fallout 2, it mentions that some of the desert rangers are actual pre war US military and police forces

It is a hard pick, but I think Courier would win, he is a cyborg with all those stuff from Big Mt and has some pretty strong companions.

Ps: I know the actual Fallout Brotherhood of Steel ost isn't used here. The original ost is not orchestral and wouldn't fit. The brotherhood of steel theme from f4 is used instead to represent the game.

I remember reading that with the Elder Scrolls, they always used the same theme but with slight variation, so they most likely applied it to the Bethesda Fallout games (with the exception of New Vegas since it was developed by a different company). So that’s why they complement each other, they have the same chord progression.
Actually New Vegas’ soundtrack was made by the same guy that did the Bethesda games, so they all sound pretty similar

Fallout is one of my favorite series. Good to see that it's still going VERY strong. May the world never forget that famous T-51 helmet.
The Enclave and Veteran Rangers are always the best representations of Fallout.

We all know that Fallout:NV is one of the best, but I still love it for many reasons, specially the way they re-used some of the old soundtrack. Going into Nipton and hearing "City of the Dead" (used in Necropolis, Navarro, etc.) was beautiful

Fallout 3 and new vegas are going on pair whith each other.
After all they are soo good, modders combined them whith tales of two wastelands. Just add fallout 4 upgraded engine and we pretty much the best fallout in the world.

I just noticed something, history is being repeated with the Fallout franchise. Hear me out... Fallout 1 received great reviews when it came out (just like Fallout 3 when it came out). Then, a new game was made and it blew the original one out of the water (referring to the high acclaim of both 2 and New Vegas). There were also failures with Tactics and Brotherhood of Steel representing the low points of Interplay’s Fallout whereas 4 and 76 represented the low points of Bethesda’s Fallout. The point is that what happened to Interplay is happening now to Bethesda. I guess Fallout, Fallout never changes.
Update: Microsoft just bought Bethesda. Perhaps it is time for the cycle to repeat again. We’ll see won’t we?
Also, a clarification: I am not saying that one game is definitively better than another. I am saying that the fan reactions to the Bethesda and the Interplay games follow a very similar pattern.
Christian Sonic don’t know what you mean boi but FO4 was an absolutely amazing game. The most successful fallout in fact. But 76? Yeah I get that one. But I still find tactics and bos worse than 76 if you ask me
I really liked Fallout 4 too. Also, I have not played any of the classic games or 76. I was just noting that the fan reactions to the bethesda games follow a similar pattern to interplay.

All other game covers be showing a powerarmor of some sort and we have New Vegas out here showing off a Ranger's helmet like yeepee kay yay.
Honestly though, out of the helmets in the picture, the FNV one looks more in theme with apocalyptic wasteland than the rest while the BoS one looks more "Call of Duty"-esque.

I love how it reflects the state or the society throughout the series, first theme is mixed with sirens and panic, but with time it begins to shine again
this sounds like this could be the final battle theme between the Brotherhood and the Enclave and i love it.
And the NCR and Legion coming to join the fray.

I just now realised that the famous fallout theme that each game has a rendition of, only existed since the launch of fallout 3. Fallouts 1,2, and the spin-offs don’t have a proper theme.

(0:00 - 0 :35) Enemy airstrike began, and the Chinese started their assault.
(0:35 - 1:16) Inside the command center, it was in a panic. The Commander was calling out for reinforcements.
(1:17 - 1:37) An American soldier was under a Chinese soldier's boot, unable to fight back. The Chinese were taunting him, one of them told the American soldier to look around him, and so he did.
(1:38 - 2:07) He soon found out that it was totally a carnage, dead soldiers everywhere. The battle was lost, there was no hope. Until...
(2:08 - 3:05) The Chinese soldiers were shot, dead. It was the their backup, tons of soldiers, tanks appeared from the horizon and air forces dashed through the sky. One of them helped the soldier back up his feet, and gave him a weapon, "Come on, the battle has not yet finished." he said. After a long battle the Chinese was forced to retreat and the day was saved.
Sorry for the weak ending, this was the best I came up with.

I love this mashup, it really conveys what Fallout is all about to me: hope.
It may take a long, long time, and things may never be quite as good as they once were, but mankind will always rebuild.
I actually got shivers when New Vegas' theme kicked in.
New Vegas was my fav i was so hype when i saw the badass ncr ranger helmet on the title screen still playing to this day
Two moments of serious goosebumps in this. First, hearing My Chryslus Highwayman with the New Vegas theme underneath it is a combo I never knew I needed and now I can't get enough of. Second is, of course, when the main themes of all the Bethesda games come in together; say what you will about the games themselves, but Inon Zur absolutely outdid himself on those pieces

The reason you don't know the variant of Fallout: BOS's armor is because that armor isn't even in the game. It's not even an official fallout armor. No amount of reverse image searching can I find that armor. tbh, it's prob just fan art or something because I literally have no idea what else it couldbe
