One of the things that I’ve learn from my treatment is to use a tennis ball to roll it under your feet or even a lacrosse one (there’s more resistance on this one). It helps to break the inflamed fibers and speeds up the recovery process

I've been dealing with foot pain over a month now on both my feet. It started off with heel pain like you described, now it's gone. The pain is now around the arch of my foot and the ball of my foot where my toes are at. It's more worse on my left foot.
It's difficult but stretching and preparing for the day with a brace of some kind is key. Think of it like getting older and having to do physical therapy but it's actually physical therapy 😅
The mystery for me isn't what I can do to treat it, but what keeps causing it? I get flare ups. This time around I'm guessing my running shoes were worn out but man, it takes forever for it to heal. I feel like a crippled old woman. I go to stand up and can barely move.
My tips...are stretching see vid, wear compression half socks, do the water bottle thing, keep your calve muscles warm and wear proper shoes and eat right. I get out of bed into good sandals that support my foot and the heel pain is beaten immediately. As it's the mechanism of muscles around the lower leg...not just your foot that's out of sync I have found that wearing shorts keeps them cold but jog pants makes them warm. I have tried to eat food with less crap in generally and when it is bad rolling the foot on a bottle of ice relieves the pain. In summary I feel as total layman that it's treating the whole Lower leg that will beat the heel pain with massage to treat symptoms. (Hobbles off to have a cup of tea) x
I had a partial tear in my anterior talofibular ligament that gave me pain in the back of my ankle. The doctor said it was achillis tendonitis .This was last november. Now i recently got plantar fascittis after doing speed work out for running acouple weeks ago. The achillis tendonitis went away completely but now i have plantar fascittis ,which is more painful and really annoying.
I found the cure for my plantar fascitis! I tried this stretching, cold bottle foot rolling, special socks, blah blah blah and none of it worked. What did work and it worked in only a few days. FOAM ROLLING my calf muscles!! I started doing this for a few minutes every day and after 2 days my pain was practically gone. I have continues to do this before any walks and the fascitis has not returned. Try it!
@Capri No I was not aware of tightness in my calves. I do work out my calves doing calf raises so that might be a reason for them being tight. But I never thought my calves were the reason my feet were hurting so bad.

was Diagnosed couple months back. For some time pain was generally gone but felt minor pain standing a long period a few days back and a lot more during a lengthy walk today.
I feel no pain if I'm not doing activity.
My work involves walking at times - but I am accustomed to lengthy walks and barely had anything close to this recurring pain.
Going to stretch more often - but a doctor did mention to me injecting a steroid as a later resort.

Those Nikes are not good shoes for plantar fasciitis, they do not have the proper support. I myself found that Brooks Addiction Walkers are very supportive.
Brooks support really well.
Put my foot in ice ,bad idea !!
People about to scroll through the comments...dont bother...they are filled with bots for Jacob or Sanzoka....
They ended up prescribing me steroids
This was great, thanks, I've been looking for "hiking boots for plantar fasciitis women's" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Seayiliamon Aphonic Supremacy - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? It is a great one off product for discovering how to eliminate your plantar fasciitis minus the headache. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my brother in law got excellent success with it.

If you find you still have pain in your foot I have the solution for you, which none of these videos seem to discuss. Just don't use your foot! Rest! Get a pair or crutches! Try that for two weeks.
