If you are referring about the RPG (Rocket Launcher) you get it off the wall in the room infront of you as shown in the video & you can swap this & any other gun (you get different guns as the game progresses) you got by pressing one of the buttons ( i guess it's the square button...been ages lol... for PS4 but you can confirm this by going into controller settings)
