Thanks Bjorn. I was actually thinking about how to do this the other day, but didn’t take the time to look it up. So I enjoyed having you show us. You always make things very easy and understandable. Plus, it was a nice way to finish the last few sips of my morning coffee. Cheers!
So a while back i wanted to wrap a Hatchet handle just to add bulk. Before I was done, I had wrapped the entire thing. Looks goofy but has the best grip and protects the handle from over strike...
I love my Helko Werk axes, I bought a leather protector for one of them that ties very nicely. Very good informative video brother. Something about working with an axe that feels so good and sometimes i crave swinging one! My favorite tool for sure!
Thanks for the tip! I appreciate all of your videos. your calm and relaxed demeanor. I happen to agree with your thoughts on our current society, and enjoy the way you present your thoughts. Wishing you a happy new year!
I made a tomahawk out of a broken axe handle and a roofing hammerhead I wrap mine with paracord and linseed oil the handle work perfect wish I had seen this video years ago LOL
This way of wrapping I find really skillfully done! is that an old technique, or did you develop it by yourself? However, I'll keep that in mind (hopefully correct).

It also helps to coat the wrapping with varnish or urethane to help preserve it and keep it in place.
I need to learn how to sharpen mine… with a stone/rock around the yard. 👍

will you please print your books in english. im sure they would be a hit
So am I, but I am not the one printing them. I need an English market publisher for that.
I'm guessing the axe/ accident word pun joke doesn't work in Norwegian ?
Very funny .❤
I have a lot of axes but none are wrapped. I guess I had better start wrapping.
Any news of possible invasion lately?
Is it better to learn how to use an axe properly before going into the woods? just asking
I put a bit of electrical tape under the wrap…
Axidents 😂
