Really, really cute pouch, Becca. Thanks. Just a few suggestions - I would have liked a document giving the sizes of fabric required. I like to use scraps for these small projects, and would have preferred to know what size I needed before committing to the fabric choice. Also, if I'm using yardage, I don't like to waste any more than I have to. Another idea I thought might be helpful would be to have an onscreen "dialogue box" showing the number of the colour change at each stage. I followed your suggestion and did not include felt as padding, However, I did fuse a lightweight dressmaking interfacing to the reverse of the outer fabrics before construction. This gave them a nice smooth appearance as well as adding a little body without adding bulk. Thanks again for a great embroidery design.
Very cute pouch. I modified the pattern so that the seams were hidden on the inside. It would be helpful if we were given the dimensions of the fabric pieces. FYI...I have a 6x10 hoop...the directions state that the MEDIUM file is to be used with a 6X10 hoop, but the LARGE file (instructions state that Large file is for 8x10 hoop) design actually worked. Can't wait to make many more!!!
Hello good afternoon, please two questions, where I buy this spray glue and what is the name and if I want to embroider the name of the person in what part or time you advise. Thankful
Project is cute but I would like to know size of fabric needed and how many layers of fabric needed. It would also help if you would label the screens to match with the corresponding directions and use a smaller font type without all caps. It makes it easier to read. I am really struggling with finishing the pouch. Also what does reverse mean? Reversing the fabric, reversing the hoop to place fabric underneath it. Hope I can finish the project.

I couldn't find this pencil on your website. I love it!! I can't wait to get it to my coworkers at school ;-) I think it'll make everyone smile.
It is available now here : planetapplique.com/in-the-hoop-pencil-zipper-pouch/
I am so excited, thank you.
I love this project and it would be awesome for my little grand daughter. I think I might try it
What a terrific gift for teachers for appreciation day. Is there a design for the apple accessory that we can purchase.
absolutely divine!
Super cute!! Great tutorial.
This is really cute, what type of stabilizer did you use? Looks like WSS, is this correct?
Super cute . May I ask you which beginners machine would you recommend for these type of projects? Thanks
I would get the biggest hoop you can get :) A 6 x 10 hoop really puts you into a position that you can make anything!
