I liked the 2 rooms they showed us, except the brick floor in the kitchen. I think it *looks* great, but I like being barefoot at home and I wouldn’t want to be barefoot on brick. Anyway, the styling was absolutely on point, and I’m glad the homeowners are overjoyed. 👍

It simply blows my mind. You all tear down walls right and left. Other shows don't seem to be able to because of load bearing walls. Seems as if, in your state, they had never heard of load bearing walls. Course I am watching the shorter version. Awesome.

Great makeover! Loving the Ben and Erin videos. For this one I would've liked it even better with a glass roof over the enclosed patio area.
Agree I would love to have seen more of a sunroom enclosed glass would walk out I think that would have been more beautiful and practical
