I just replaced my 5x.12 injectors for these stage 2 powerjets and HOLY COW! way more power and way cleaner burn. I'm VEY happy with them, thanks guys for continuing to do R&D on these old 12 valves for all of us. Yall rock!
Looking to get some more performance out of my good ol 12v. Guess I need to call you guys because this is pretty impressive. Thank you for sharing this video
I would love to put a 12 valve in my 68 binder. Just a pipe dream for me though, but a 12 valve or dt360 in an old international are perfect in my opinion.
REALY LIKE WHAT Y'ALL DO, IMPRESSIVE!! I have my 1st 3rd generation 04 ram w/24 value and I'm hooked, Finishing up replacing front end ( bought it wrecked for a good $) next save some $ for HP!!
So I have your injectors before these new injectors came in with the new relationship and my truck runs good but I only have 3000 miles and 2500 of that was one trip now I’m wishing I didn’t get injectors before your switch because this is impressive
It's wild you can't ship the injectors to California due to their emissions crap when these things are literally cleaning up emissions almost as well as a def system...
hey i have a 1st gen cummins and i am trying to make around 450-500 horse power and was wondering what the best turbo around $900-$1450 was for my goal? and if i should run ur power jets stage 2 or should i run ur 5x16s thanks.
I have a 1993 f700 p-pump 5.9 with 5 speed Eaton fuller. I feel like it’s pretty underpowered for the size truck it is. Specifically when towing equipment behind it. Hitting big hills with 18,000lb towing behind it, I’m going 15mph in second gear at 2500 rpm. Is there anyway to improve this significantly? If so what’s the financials behind such an upgrade? Do y’all know anyone in Nashville area that can do this sort of work? Thanks y’all!
@@pddofficial Well, whoever I spoke to on the phone seemed kind of annoyed by my questions. Was quiet and gave a lot of one word answers. Don’t feel any closer to understanding more about my situation. Basically he just said get the 1st gen kit and that was it.
i have been planning on buying a set of 7 X 0.009" injectors from you guys, but these power jet ones are looking like a better choice...? it will be a daily driver that sees a good mix of highways and city driving, tows a trailer occasionally... 1992 12 valve with a fuel pin, 3200 gov spring and hx35w. what would you recommend?
Does anyone know how can I check what pump I have without removal? Well be bringing the truck to them in a month or 2 depending on schedule for maintenance, but we want to have all the parts ready so they don't have to order anything. Local shop charged 9k for repair and upgrades, didn't install upgrades, didn't fix leaks, only fixed heavy black smoke issue from 1 injector not functioning correctly Looking to have their 650+ kit installed along with turbo upgrade to suit around 500hp(want room to increase power if 500ish isn't enough for a 3 car)
There should be a tag under the number 2 barrel behind the throttle linkage number should read 0 402 736 ??? the last three being the identifying number.
@pddofficial thanks so much. I'll check when I get off work and send yall an email. I absolutely can not wait for her to finally breathe. Fun truck for sure but 2-3x the power will be a game changer when hauling the cars to the track. Stuck at 35-40 over the grape vine with 2 corolla on the trailer haha. Both under 2300lbs

Thanks love the feedback!!
Never been a fan of blowing coal and great to see you guys getting these old diesels burning way cleaner and better mileage.
Thanks 👍
Oh yea!!! Love it the 12 valve content!!!!!!!

Anytime we all love the 12v here!
Wow she really runs clean 👌🏻 Cool video as always guys !
Thanks!
Sweet ride, love this conversion
It really is awesome!
Cool rig, nice work on the tuning, would be interested to know if there was any change in fuel economy.

Impressive gains. Nice

Best of luck!
It would be nice if when you show dyno sheets it showed the rpm on the axis.
It would be deadly to work at the shop with you guys. Heavy amount of info as always. 🙃
Triple turbos, its been 2 months good luck guys.
Great Video Guys!!! Might need to swap out my PDD 5x.016 for some powerjets!
They truly are amazing!
My mom used to drive us kids around in a old International panel van. No seats belts either lol how did we survive the 70s and 80s.
I’m totally about to order a oil change package man you guys need to stock fuel filters and water separator for stock trucks full tune up kit
Thanks we will definitely look into that.

Could you guys do a video explaining what turbo sizes mean and how they work? And what turbo would work best for specific applications
It would be awesome to see a CP3 to P-pump swap video.
That’s an interesting idea
I see lots of similarities between PDD and DDP injector vocabulary. Regardless, that’s amazing results.
Sweet ride!
Will To be fair the ls1 engines are making that power with a tune and a camshaft. When they add a turbo they hit north of 1000hp on stock internals.
Should be very interesting to buildy 93 jeep Wrangler with a 12 valve
Sounds like a great project!!

Yes but it takes millions of dollars to get approved by carb.
I have a stock 97 dodge 12 valve. Im only looking for maximum fuel mileage. No ridiculous smoke. What would help.
Set timing to 16-18* lower the truck and run a Micheline style hwy tire

The stage 2 power jets would work great with an aggressor 60/64 turbo.
@@pddofficialwhat's the best fuel pin for that horse power thd or the Dennys t stage 2

We would run the stage 1 powerdrivendiesel.com/product/power-driven-diesel-powerjet-6bt-ve-pump-injectors-bundle/?v=7516fd43adaa
That’s crazy
When are we getting 24v power jets ?
Just curious do you guys run stock ve pump pop pressure for the ve power jets or a little higher?
Do the power jet injectors work with a VE pump 12v?
Yes here is the link to the ve ones. powerdrivendiesel.com/product/power-driven-diesel-powerjet-6bt-ve-pump-injectors-bundle/?v=7516fd43adaa
Do the powerjets fit a 24v? Cant find em on the website...
No power jets yet for the 24v sorry.
Was it from Illinois?
What transmission are y’all running in it??
Neat…
What is the injection timing set at?
18°
