The middle section specifically slows the BPM down so the guitar starts playing quintuplets (20th notes) in the first part of the breakdown and septuplets (28th notes?????) in the second part I would love to see an edit of this song that exploits this fact
Controversial opinion: I think Konami should be able to make one and only one meme chart per DDR mix. NGO and DEGRS are funny in retrospect even if they’re the worst charts in the game.
Agreed. DDR would be really boring without the meme charts. NGO's existence is worth solely for the many jokes that sprung from it. It's a hilarious chart and I will never ever waste my credits playing it but I love it regardless
I think Konami listened, but were feeling so generous that they gave us three more, such kind individuals :) (referring to Megalovania, Reiwa, BSB, usatei)
odd how NGO and DEGRS both came out in supernova2 with amazing charts (atleast in my opinion) paranoia hades , pluto, and pluto relinquish. Now I think about it NGO and DEGRS were probably made by the same guy.
Aah... reminds me of the time I threw up Lucky Charms as a kid. The vomit was light blue in color, and it tasted absolutely horrendous. The sweetness actually made it worse
That run at the end of this is flipped and put in the esp as well, meanwhile the esp is a "15" Someone else pointed that out, I think in the ESP upload of this chart. Still worth mentioning here in the CSP for those trying to pass. If you can pass the ESP and cheese your way through the jumps, this could be a very easy 18
I failed MUCH MORE times on this chart with DualShock than any other DDR song I played on the PlayStation 2. I rather play Dead End Groove Radar Special than this.
Came here after this song was confirmed to be one of the few songs that have their timing and sync fixed in the upcoming DDR World. Let's hope Konami fixes the major sync issues with this song...
How is this an 18 but Jucunda is a 17, either both should be 17 or 18, or Jucunda should be an 18 and this a 17 Edit; to prove my point I beat this as my 2nd 18. Had a tougher time with Spanish Snowy Dance tbh lol part 2: and then I beat Jucunda, and I can confirm, that was tougher. I scored higher there, but that’s because I was just better at the game
Persoanlly I can consistently AA max 360 ESP but struggle to pass this because of the jump steps and it not having any real rythym. I like the 18 rating honestly but you may have a good strength with jump steps most don't have.
@@DeshaunXD Literally every SSD difficulty is rated one less than it should be lol it seems that there’s a lot of 17-18 misrates, whether it’s rated a 17 but should be an 18 (Jucunda, SSD, Smallest Triperfect Number, CTTM, Tohoku, maybe Delta Challenge?) or 18s that should be 17s (NGO, HDV, Trigger)
This song is probably an 18 imo because of the jump step spam and the absolutely GODAWFUL sync at the slow down that has never been fixed. Other than that if you can get the jump spam right it's probably a 17, and if that sync was fixed it would be a 17 too
I do know the ending is the same as the Expert, but even if you remove the jumps in this, the rest of the chart is a little denser (unless you mean delete the arrows entirely). I'd call it a 16.
I feel like if they loosened up on the stepjumps a little and fixed the syncing this would be a pretty fun chart. Certainly not as bad as Paranoia Hades, which pretty much takes obnoxious stepjumps and goes "now let's add ambigious crossovers immediately after them". Then again, "if they fixed the syncing it would be good" goes for most of the songs of this era, so that can be thrown out.
Ah yes, the original milquetoast 19
Oh no
The middle section is “broken” because you hear the drum instrument more than the guitar and the steps reflect the guitar changing notes
The middle section specifically slows the BPM down so the guitar starts playing quintuplets (20th notes) in the first part of the breakdown and septuplets (28th notes?????) in the second part

I'm convinced you're supposed to bracket the jump-step-jumps
Uh, last time I checked, the "AIR" Special belonged to DYNAMITE RAVE.

The announcer once said “LISTEN TO THE MUSIC, FOLLOW THE BEAT” on this song and I almost died
This chart is weird as an 18, but also even more weird if it were to be any other difficulty level.
The only reason I don't despise this chart as much as I should is that its one of the few 18s I can pass consistently
Well the community will say otherwise. I don’t really care.
That assist tick is filthy on the slow down. Straight horrible

y sooooooooo l8
This chart is like vomit after eating nothing but Skittles and peanuts.

The most awkward 18 pass I did.

I completely agree. I can only barely pass some 17s and just passed this as my first 18 today!
@@extraordiberry It's 100% a 17 footer. Max combo is less than many 13 footers.
Still one of the worst charts Konami ever made.
Let's literally replace every open space with a jump, and still not fix the horrendous sync issues.

I don't want to know what Konami was smoking when making this chart.
I’m pretty sure I could clear this but refuse to let this hot garbage be the first 18 I pass.
But but but the song is good tho 😆😆😆
According to a tier list I'm following this is apparently the easiest 18, and I'm just like 🙄
This song could be fun on Guitar Hero
I actually have JUST charted that
This chart is more confusing than comments on a "with cartoon sound effects" channel.
My very first 18 cleared. Man, what a stupid, pathetic excuse for a stepchart.

I don't know what's up with me and unhinged charts, but this was my first 18
Not Good Obviously
passed this last set as my 6th 18. by far the easiest of what i passed, probably the easiest in the entire game depending on who you are.
This was my first 18 yaaay

In your defense, Spanish Snowy Dance is misrated for both Expert and Challenge. That 15 should easily be a 16 and the 17 should be an 18.

wait what
Unreal is still worse than this. At least you have half a beat break between jumps.
lmao no

Rest in Peace to the sync issues. It will be fixed in DDR World
Well NGO just got new sync and minor changes to the charts again on today's DDR World update (the Touhou Project colab update)
Lol at the idea of this song ever being on sync
Non Governmental Organization?
yes, this song is about Non Governmental Organizations
@@jonathanli31 You don't say
With the way the new charts are, this should be re-rated to a 17. Way too easy to clear.

Ok we get it. You can beat this song and that's why you think it should be a 17.
Now post your score. Passing aint shit.
lvl ratings should be about passing though...
Literal 17 it's so freaking slow lmao
I really... typed this comment and decided that it was a good opinion.

Why is this song so out of sync
It reminds me of someone saying no I don't wanna have my own life
until they will die like that. 🙄💭🖐🔫💥😑

This chart is ghudegy
Up and down stepjumps part is just trash
DDR players: itg players can't crossover
DDR players: think a 270BPM 8th crossover run is too hard
No correlation...
literally every player i know thinks the ending is the hardest part of the chart but ok
@@THENAMEISQUICKMAN Bruh, the ridiculous step jumps are. The ending crossovers is literally slower than PSMO's
