    What is the difference between the part no ending with a D and E? Mine is a Skoda Roomster 2007. Thanks.

      The last letter (or letters) for part numbers in VW group are usually for revisions, as the same part but with some defect fixed in a new version, but there are exceptions that the last letter is a different part. For the charcoal filter, should be the same I believe

    Does the breather hole need to be left to air ? I didn't have one on the old canister but have one on the new one...

      The replacement canister should be the same as the old one

    Hi, thanks for uploading this! I have a question regarding the short bend pipe that connects to the canister. I had to replace it and where it connects to the other side (not the canister), I can't seem to get it locked. It slips out fairly easily. Do you have any advise?

    Maybe you have check engine Light and P0441 error code ? Change The charcoal canister fixed that problem?

      I didn't actually have a problem with this, I was was just demonstrating how to replace the unit :)

    Might engine light keeps coming on because of the EVAP fault code. If I replace this it should remove the engine light and code? Or do you need the whole kit to be replaced?
