Good demonstration from Sensei Nemoto, incorporating good detail. The session in itself looked informal and relaxed with good basic drills. I particularly liked the shuto, haito and teisho combination drills from the uke karateka. Also, the bunkai for tekki nidan. I will take some of the contents from this class into my lesson plans for my next brown and black belt session.

26:29 dude with long hair, you shuto hands wrist is bend, no no no no no. its shuto (sword), wrist should be completely straight. You are not the only one, I see it many in this video. I see this all the time at dojo but your belt is black. keep that wrist straight from now on, concentrate only to it that you never ever bend it any more, any of you. Its a major mistake, in my dojo it would be impossible to get a dan if that wrist isnt straight.
Actually I see only one or two of you who has straight wrist, shame on you!
