That's a spider, hanging on a web. Look at where it is when the video starts, that's in between those leaves and the camera, and if you compare how it moves with how any small spider climbs back up its web once it has fallen and is handing in the air, it looks exactly like that. The camera isn't a high enough resolution to clearly make out legs or the web it's hanging on, but even then, it still looks like a spider hanging from a web slowly pulling the web in and climbing back to safety. It going in front of the leaves though is really all you gotta see to know that it's a small thing up close, being illuminated by the IR light on the camera.

I see this all the time at dojo but your belt is black. keep that wrist straight from now on, concentrate only to it that you never ever bend it any more, any of you. Its a major mistake, in my dojo it would be impossible to get a dan if that wrist isnt straight. Actually I see only one or two of you who has straight wrist, shame on you!

Last Sunday i walked out to my car at night i saw 6 to 8 white lights stacked with a bit of space in between. I first thought what the hell is that did a cell tower or farmer put up some type of silo while i was at work? I watched it 4 like 3 to 4 minutes. It did not move around like your lights. Straight, stacked. Then it went straight up, slowly i don't if the lights disappeared into the clouds or if they where shut off as it rised. I could see like 3 lights at the end, then 2, then 1, then none. Weird.

OMG, aliens?!? Sorry to disappoint but this is just the image sensor switching from day light to night mode (infra-red). The little bug is suspicious though, maybe not an alien but at least an alien's pet.

Good demonstration from Sensei Nemoto, incorporating good detail. The session in itself looked informal and relaxed with good basic drills. I particularly liked the shuto, haito and teisho combination drills from the uke karateka. Also, the bunkai for tekki nidan. I will take some of the contents from this class into my lesson plans for my next brown and black belt session.

Always difficult to maintain full focus on a session like this that involves plenty of tricky foot movement (sabaki), distance (mae) and timing. Well demonstrated from the Sensei, but if students are not used to this type of training, it then becomes difficult for them, as seen in plenty here. Drills and practice of this type must be practiced regularly for the karateka to be effective in kumite. Only when I attended squad training a few weeks prior to a tournament did I touch this type of training. After the tournament it was back to basics.
