- Taylor Swift fans flocked to Ticketmaster on Tuesday morning to purchase presale tickets for the artist's upcoming Eras Tour. But many were met with errors on the website.
First, we broke Spotify. Now, we broke Ticketmaster.

Just out of curiosity, I looked at resale prices for seats to mine....they're insane!!! I could easily sell my tickets for $10,000+ but real swifties don't. I'm very fortunate to get my ticket and it was seamless & quick. 😀

no they definitely fumbled the bag today. Codes stopped working. They had to pause the lines. Some people don’t have 12 hours to set aside for waiting or $1000 to drop
Even if you set aside 12 hours, and had unlimited money, you may not have been given the seat map to buy tickets. I love Taylor, but this is a concert, without meet and greets might I add, at a mediocre stadium in a mediocre place with no food and accommodations. If I was in Dubai in a 5 star hotel with inclusive food, ticket, and meet and greet? Yea that price would make sense, but here? In my body bodunk town 😂 No.
30K is just a ridiculous reseller. Having said that. I’ll pay up to $200. I saw her Reputation Tour and was blown away by the production. Which I appreciate. So I’m hoping I can score a ticket at 2pm. 🙏🏼

People who registered and got codes and selling them for an insane amount are not fans. Actuals TS fans that didn’t receive a code still have to wait and hope that they can afford it. Resales should be the same amount that they paid for it & not a stupid amount like 20,000.

Why are resale tickets permitted?!? That should not be permitted for events like this. I had a code and was in queue and it totally crashed while I was trying to get tickets. But honestly. I hope every show sells out to scalpers and these stadiums are empty because no body bought the resale tickets. Just wait for the Netflix special. This is all too exhausted

Yeah I just found that too since I tried to buy my tickets and never won anything and this is unacceptable to Ticketmasters who didn't resist anything to buy tickets. This is not Taylor's fault it's the bizarre company's fault since we couldn't get back to there luggage!!!

I personally love Taylor. at times, I cannot get her out of my mind. she is more than words can say, describe. She is and will forever be my inspiration 💜 and know that i could , will never see her in person, or in a concert, etc. but. ..to see her, to be streaming her live in my home, would be , honestly, be one of THE MOST memorable, landmark days of my life. i know i would cry, scream histarically, gleam with joy, omg i would be on a high foreverrrrrr.

These artists and venues don't have to use ticket master. Why not hold them accountable as well....if I'm hearing correctly...its the venue owners decision....so artist should go to a different venue. But the artist wants to sell more seats and tickets not less. The quickest solution is for artist to do a different (probably smaller) venue.....if the artist really really cares. They would not do business with venues that use ticket master.....but at the same time, nobody buys albums anymore, so the artists decided to tour more and make more proffit from concerts than before.

The worst sound in the world is the sound of Taylor Swift's voice. She isn't worth the amount of any of the tickets being sold. If Ticketmaster is a monopoly, then there are others that also should be broken up.
