    I am also more of a cook than a baker and when they start throwing in all the weights, I’m like… “That looks like it weighs 50g…”

    In feeding the starter, do you always use equal parts flour and water?

    How do we know when the starter is ready for baking

      7 days at a minimum and when you can smell that fermentation or it floats in the water.
