How’s your oil temp? I tend to have oil temp and overheating problems. Once my bonus comes in I’m fixing all that cooling stuff but just seeing how others are fairing. Great driving
We use either Comfort or R mode depending on the track. ESP and Adaptive Cruise can wear out the rear pads so it depends if you use those functions or not. 👍
Were your brakes juddering like crazy? I am having the same issue, not with spoon pads but similar, rotors only had 1000 miles on stock pads, put the track pads and on hard brakes on track its shaking galore. Also wicket lap!
No juddering per se, just the noise you can hear in the video. As soon as we take the Spoon pads out the noise disappears, as soon as we put Spoon pads back in it comes back whether we're on road or track.
@Mich Liesch - Spoon Sport front pads, stock everything else. 👍🏻 Apologies for deleting your comment. Hit the wrong button. 🤦♂
Hi, amazing video. Why only front, why not all 4? Also, are they okay for street use as well? Thanks a lot!
@@robertskrinjar3263 We’re happy with the OEM pads in the rear. They work well on the street. 👍
Brilliant lap, should be proud of that one and your driving skills 👍🏼
Not sure about chasing that GT3 I’d say he was holding you up.
Love it
Smooth driving!
Mega lap mate 👏🏽
what mods do you have? great driving! you did great beating those Porsches lol
Just Spoon Sport front pads. Everything else is stock. 👍🏻
Maybe itsjust me but i feel like i lose boost, or cant maintain boost in the teens after 4000 rpms... brand new car too only 400 miles so surprised
What? Are you stupid? Dude let the car break in

Great driving
Thank you. Highest we've seen is about 137 C from memory but that was on a warm day at Spa. We just opt for regular oil changes. 👍
In wich mode do you drive and do you have a lot of rear brake pad wear

Cooling upgrade recommended 132 degree oil from hell X-/
How was the oil temperature? Are you seeing any issues? I understand display reading may not be 100% accurate
Highest we've ever seen on track is about 137 degrees from memory. We change the oil regularly and haven't had any issues yet. 👍
but why not in R mode?
Too bumpy for enjoyable lapping at the 'ring. 👍🏻
@@TrackAli you can setup all in the individual mode - i have setup my dampers soft.
@@Earl_VTEC The wife makes use of Individual mode. Comfort works for me. 👍

mega lap my man! i saw you ran this lap in comfort mode, did you have traction control on or off?
On for this one. 👍
The brakes were humming - is this normal, or were they almost at the end of their life?
Normal for the Spoon pads from our experience. Brand new discs and pads prior to this trip. 👍🏻
7:49 thats fast! Fk2 did 7:50 😮
@@hakalasami Fk2 did 7:50 on an old shorter track. Fk8 did 7:43.8, but that's the old track length
Nice laps ! 👍🏻👊🏻
Fl5 is so great it cheated the Nurburgring time😂😂😂
Yep it's a shame they went for that approach.
