    Noticed Kobra MAX and Neptune 3 MAX in your reviews, how about the Ender 10 MAX, though its a bowden drive? I run into a larger print a once in a while that I cant run on Prusas we got at the office and I am looking for an ultimate solution. Im not exactly bothered by speed, I have grown patient and also a beard
    Also would it be possible to modify the firmware/Gcode to trip the fillament runout with a delay? i.e. after X steps of E axis?
    Looking forward to your final review on this one, buy button is itching :D

    hi bro can you please tell me the package dimensions and weight of this device ?

    I only have experience with my Adventurer 3.
    They recommend having a different print head for different types of filament.
    So they don't congest when switching types due to temp requirements I assume.
    If I buy this one for my big prints, should I buy a set of nozzles of each diameter (0.04, 0.06, 0.08mm) and reserve one to each filament type?

      That sounds like marketing to sell you more parts. I constantly switch between different materials with wildly different properties without changing nozzles (on ALL of my machines). The only exception is abrasive materials I'll switch to a a wear resistant nozzle.
      If your hotend is working properly just purging out the previous material with a little extrusion of the new material is all you should need to do. May you get some micro plastic particles of the previous material in your next one? Sure, but is that really a big deal? I'd get it if you were making parts that had to meet certain certifications, but for the majority of printing, it won't matter.
      Save your money. Get a few spares in each size just to have back ups, but don't worry about changing just for different materials.

      None sorry. Watch their website like a hawk. I was told sometime this month they will be back in stock. I wish I could point you in a better direction, I'd be happy to make affiliate sales but they just don't have inventory yet.

    I know you just got this, but first impressions Neptune 3 Max V Kobra Max

    • @MandicReally
      @MandicReally  Год назад +4

      First Impressions ONLY: The N3Max has a everything I wish the Kobra Max did. Literally every single thing I said I wanted from the Kobra Max when I reviewed it, is on the N3Max. EXCEPT, the hotend of the Neptune 3 Max is a bottleneck. It has a Mk8 style hotend, not a Volcano. Doing BIG prints with a BIG nozzle needs flowrate and this hotend likely won't have it. That slows things down.
      That's all I've got for now. I'm hitting the ground this week with big prints and testing how much I'm limited. Review to come.

      This is actually really useful information…. I’m literally looking at deciding between the Kobra max and Neptune 3 Max currently (assuming I can get a Neptune). I think I’ll hold off for a review video to see your thoughts after trying this one for a little bit before I order one of them.
