  • Quick and easy dinner idea high on protein, which keeps you full for longer.
    You can use a variety of veggies. I have used onions, capsicum, carrot and beans. Other options to add can be broccoli, cauliflower or green peas.
    Make sure the mushrooms are cleaned and fried separately till golden brown before adding to the sauteed vegetables mix.
