Ingredients:
8 - 10 beans, 1 carrot, 1capsicum, 3 mushrooms, 1 onion, 5 broccoli florets, black pepper as needed, 10-12 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp wood pressed oil, pink himalayan salt as needed, 1 tbsp brewed soy sauce, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar.

I have tried almost same recipe with chicken breast as you said. Also for instead of just soy sauce, I used a mixture of soy sauce + arrow root powder + organic honey. The sweetness of honey will give a hint of Chinese sweet dish effect (like honey garlic chicken, orange chicken etc).

Tomatoes will make the veggies soggy. Crispiness will be lost. That could be one reason

One doubt mam, like we clean cauliflower with hot water, turmeric and salt, should we clean broccoli the same way? Or just plain washing and using directly is enough? One time I cleaned it with hot water and it was completely ruined

For PCOS, make sure u do enough exercise or play games such as badminton etc, drink lots of water, reduce oil consumption by 75%, no fried food and sleep 7 hours min. U will be ok after 4-5 months.

Is it possible to prepare this without oil. Omitting 2tsp oil can help to cut off upto 80 calories. Oil provides no nutrition but only fat. To fulfill our Daily requirements of good fat there are better options like nuts(almonds, peanuts, hazelnuts, walnuts cashew), seeds(flax, chia), avocado or a fatty fish.
Also is it ok to use mixed frozen veggies.
Hi Keerthy, I have been making a similar recipe... I make this with frozen Asian veggies, just microwave them for 1min to thaw or your end product will become soggy
You forgot whole coconut and green coconut water. Which is the most affordable source of healthy fats 😊
