Bought a Bobby way back in 2019, and so far is it really holding up its age. The zip, the stitching and even the shape is still intact, nothing falling apart (some scruffs and scratches but is more a sign of being well used). One of my best bag purchase. The only "problem" is it really is anti theft. It's difficult for thieves to access it, and so do you. Need to keep putting it down, to take anything out lol
Amazing review, currently considering this purchase because my 15.6' laptop has a 2cm wide heatsink. I should try it out on an offline store. This design seem fitting for my college & travel purposes.
I bought 2 bobby urban lites. Both had their shoulder straps come close to snapping off. I have since used a Bellroy but that is starting to fail me due to slipping adjusting straps and failing features (I had to cut the key chain holder off as it was jamming the front zip)

I have the 1st generation from 2016, still in good condition until now, great backpack.
