You really should add that when pairing to multipoint (2 devices) you need to tap x2 and hold 5 seconds on the earbud to put the buds into pairing mode.
My buds wont connect to the app. The app wont pair to the buds. I tried reinstalling the app removibg the buds and pairing them again and everything i dont know what else to do

This a a great setup video. I have just purchased the Pro 2, and while they seem awesome, I cannot connect to the 2nd device. I can't manually put them in pairing mode. The Tap + Tap&Hold (5s) doesn't work for mine. It just triggers Siri. Or acts like a double-tap function. Is there something I'm missing? I got them from Amazon, not the safest place to buy, but I think they are authentic. I do have experience with fakes. Thank you.

I have the same issue, did the tap +5 secs and it got into mono mode, and then tried doing it again now cant connect and cant move them back to factory default hehe. I know there must be a combinatio of stuff but the guides are not helping
hey found the solution, when you try several times it gets like, stuck. put it to charge, disconnect every bluetooth device around so it goes to "standby" i guess. 5 mins later do the tap + tap for 3-5 seconds on BOTH of them at the same time in your ears. that will help
Does anyone know how to disable the startup bluetooth connection sound? I'll put them in my ears and they immediately make that really loud rift noise. It's really irritating

I tried to play RUclips , Netfkix etc content can be heard only on my right ear bud. Howeber if I making a phone call both the sides are functional. I am using a Samsung 22 Ultra. Please help. Cant figure this out.
Hello Gautam, we're here to help with your JBL Live Pro 2 TWS. If the bud with no sound is On and connected to the other bud, dirt or debris is likely blocking the sound holes. Try dipping the affected earbud tip into a solution of lukewarm tap water and a small amount of dish soap. The earbud tip should be put into the liquid up to a maximum depth of 1-2 mm only. Immersing the earbuds in water or putting the earbuds in water at a larger depth than this could damage your product and void your warranty. Keep the earbud tip in the water for about 2-3 minutes, then wipe/clean the grille with a small brush, such as a toothbrush. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Not worth the painful experience. Can’t get it to connect to second device. When I try enter set up mode for second device it just triggers Siri or shuts down completely. When shut down completely it’s an absolute nightmare to figure out how to turn it back on. I somehow managed but have no idea how I did it. Going to stick with Sony. Much better app! Sorry JBL, very nice looking but not functional nor easy to work with.

Yup When I open my case, the light doesn't turn on. Therefore i can only connect to buds while they're charging BTW: you need to shove that charger deep, otherwise it won't even charge...
