I got some really long flights on angle mode. I also got the fail safe kicking in at about 20 mts. But i noticed that before that i landed in the grass and some of it got on the ceramic antenna, perhaps that causes it? I cleaned it and after that no issues.
I think it's just the fc just boots up funny sometimes, the thing I do is before I take off look at the lq and if it's bouncing around all over the place unplug the battery and plug it back in
@@fpvsmurf I have all the drones with elrs 2.4 in the 2.5 version both with rx spi and uart and only with the Happymodel spi ones have I encountered these failsafes.. with other Tinywhoops I have reached almost a km
Have you changed firmwares or anything, I just leave all my ones with spi stock and they pretty much all work fine, the only problems I have had is the first couple of boot ups after configuring in betaflight

I've been on 2.5 still for micros and tiny whoop and recently I been having issues with failsafe. Even on new set ups 🤔🤔

@@BMFPV it's all stock as it came from the factory. I just made the bind and entered my rates.

It's rssi dbm, it works backwards eg: - 20 is good and - 100 is bad
