In woodshop I used to take everything out of the bag and then screw a block of wood to the desk on the inside of it. Then I’d put all their stuff back. They would come back from the bathroom and then when the bell rang they would go to loop an arm through the bag to walk away and get yanked backwards violently while the bag stayed where it was. It was kind of mean but in woodshop we were all pricks to each other lol.

12:20 I had the same realization in high school then got proven right before my very eyes. I was a popular jock in high school and ended up dating this one quiet nerdy girl, and the amount of nerd rage she had towards all my friends and acquaintances was just so fucking weird dude. Pretty often it was even aimed at people she never talked to before, for no other reason than they were social and had a lot of friends. She'd make up the most unbelievable story about some past interaction with them and how they bullied her or her friends in some completely cliche, 80s movie scenario - sometimes it was about people she didn't know I was close with, in these scenarios I know they would _never_ be in. But if you called her out, or tried to explain "no they're popular because they're polite and kind people" then all hell broke loose.
You know it’s funny 30 rock had a very similar skit on their show where Liz lemon grew up the same way she thought she was a nerdy girl and then it turns out she was a complete and utter bully

I was 3 sport athlete qb pitcher wrestler and popular. 3/4ths of popular people were super nice yada yada but that 1/4 of popular people were literally the most disgusting human pieces of shit imaginable. They would talk shit about people that weren't smart talented attractive and obviously poor (1200 person in the whole high school). I made a massive effort to never hang out or sit near those terrible people. But i also met alot of people that i would invite to my parties who would confess to me that they thought i didnt know or like them yada yada. They always remember the little nice things you did. Anyways point is be as nice as you can to everybody because you never know how much it could mean to them.
I'm sitting here listening to this randomly while doing something else and I knew immediately this was a pretty old clip when Shane said the jokes were just common premises. No way he saw the comp videos that came out around 2017, 2018 showing Amy's stand up and TV show doing almost word for word bits from other comics. Then Shane mentions 2017 and I'm like, yep even predates his buddy Kurt's rage on Joe Rogan.

honestly i think they just have no perspective lol. i don’t think that those years define you, you’ll remember them sure, but ultimately it will be what you accomplish and your ability to keep going in the face of failure that will determine your self worth. the nerd rage might lay dormant, but you won’t let it consume you and turn you ugly. plus i think just looking like a guy that didn’t grow up as a nerd helps a lot in terms of how you get treated. either that or we’re all fucked

Lovin' the bullying memories. I found a small cage that had a fire hose in it (seems unsafe to be in a cage lol) and the padlock was open. Needless to say some loser spent an hour in there, then I spent a week suspended. Was funny, cage boy didn't find it funny but it totally was. His fault for walking into the cage when I dared him to 🤦🏼♂️
