Southgate when asked about England’s easy runs said it’s because we won our group…. Huh? WC 2018 we came second in our group and by doing so avoided Brazil in Q/F which we would have lost to, instead we played Colombia then Sweden in the quarters who topped their group. The same group that Germany came last in, first time they hadn’t progressed to the knocks out, … the only reason we made it to the WC 2018 semi, Euro 2020 Final and now Euro 2024 semi is because of our side of the knockout bracket opening up and providing easy runs. It had nothing to with our clueless manager Southgate

Spain will win this tournament. I estimate Netherlands - England to be a 50-50. Both teams have their own qualities and weaknesses. I estimate the Dutch a bit better than Swiss so England better be on their best.
