- Been working on my grandparents property, part of the estate, and this trailer just had to go! So I used my 2002 Duramax to pull it out, and I am willing to say even though i massivley overloaded the truck with the 50 foot trailer, i am damn impressed!
like a rock...
very impressed how tough the duramax is when asked to tow a crack trailer. very impressive.
Same here
I chuckled
@@streetbikebilly2597 imagine what the ECU is going through its probably like freaking tf out
That's very cool and impressive its always cool to see an pick up truck doing more than its should and doing it with no problems Rock on
the problem is.... your in a hole. Love how he's drinking a beer figuring out the problem. Always helps!
holy shit, I completely forgot about this day...
My grandparents passed away within a month of each other and we had to clean up the property, biggest mess ever, they built and lived in that house since 64, when I was born my parents and I lived in that trailer while my dad was building our house down the street. We got so drunk before we pulled that trailer out of there, the trailer tires were so mangled, we blew them back on the beads with I believe brake cleaner...What is more interesting was I hauled it out to the side gate and painted free scrap on the front. 2 days later a couple of tweekers showed up with a f150 inline 6 and pulled the fucker a couple blocks down and scrapped the shit out of that fucking tetnis disaster
That thing was in a hole for sure
California?

We're just in a hole, cant wait to move cross town.
Nice rig.. what size tire and wheel combo is on it...
Just like to make a shout out to those dinky looking tires holding up that beast of a trailer, nice work!
No surprise it's a diesel! But as Hawk6DM said no ones big difference than other. I have a 02 dodge 3500 cummins I drug it in mud with no tires under it but I didn't know it would a friend talked me into hooking up to it and it pulled it
It too was a trailer house don't remember how long I'll have to go measure to know for sure
People always underestimate the power of engines ....I had a 4 cylinder ranger n it pulled a 20ft bumper pull with a 1500 ram on it ...didnt like hills but o well luckly only 10 miles to tow it....but u have a cummins what some semis use tow almost anything.....
I wonder if its in a hole?
is that what suspensions are suppose to look like these days? u sure hit max tow load. lol
Did anyone else catch that he was in a hole lol.
wait he was in a hole?
lmao
+Garrett Hoopman yea i believe he's in a hole
It has an Allison its made for doing work. That tranny far exceeds what that truck will ever do.
someone should have told the driver he was is in a hole..
I love watching videos like this, I would tore the trailer down scrap what i could (Might be copper pipes with that old thing) save a good pile of wood for my bon fire rent a dumpster to throw away all the other stuff I wouldn't want. be a good days work and a lot of fun I love working like that!
Courage The .Cowardly Dog yeah and with scrap metal you can actually make some decent money
thats pretty good for your truck
its crazy how you can tow a house I mean its crazy how the trailer can handle such a big motorhome? it looks almost impossible for the trailer not to snap in half or something like that or the tires on the trailer falling off?
Its made to move you do know that
hell yea DURAMAX BABY!!
Damn, GM trucks squat a hell of a lot more than Ford and Dodge. I've seen Fords hauling long trailers like this and they don't squat nearly as much. My neighbor has a 2010 Duramax equipped Chevy 2500 4x4 and he will only haul one pallet of wood pellets(2000 lbs.) in the bed because it makes the front end lift up too much and he doesn't feel safe with any more. His trucks ass end squats like 6 inches. My '96 7.3 Powerstroke F250 4x4 takes two pallets(4000 lbs.) and it only squats about an inch and a half. It rides level after it's loaded and it feels safe.
adam sanchez Your right man that's a dirty fucking load on that D max, I would say the tung weight on a 3/4 ton is not 16,000 plus pounds. Chevy still has the stiffest frame on the market today thus making them the best tow rigs, not to mention all the other bells and whistles the new trucks offer vs ford and dodge.....
Jim Garrison Actually the new fords sag a lot more than chevy now cuz they had to sacrifice leafs in order to compete with chevys plush ride. The old fords road like a horse and carriage lmfao!!
+sammy duran the old Fords did have a stiffer ride yes.. but they didn't break suspension parts when hauling heavy weight like the old Chevy trucks either..lmfao!!
+adam sanchez the tongue weight on this shitbox trailer was probably only 2k.. they aren't that heavy..I moved a similar trailer with my truck for a neighbor.. we even used a cheap floor jack to jack the front up enough to get it on and off of the truck...
Do you guys think it was in a hole?
are you kidding me? Fords always talk crap. I've personally hauled 2,080 pounds in a '88 Chevy S10! The look on the Ford Super duty guy's face was priceless! I see one ton diesel Fords towing 14 foot boats, while 1\2 ton Chevys towing 33 ft travel trailers!
GM POWER
I didn't know he was in a hole, the duramax and Allison combo is a fuck power house
See that hole? I think its in the hole.
ITS IN A HOLE!!!

Wow! such a gigantic trailer man! are legal trailers of this size????

How many times you gonna say that

How many times did that guy say were in a hole lol
I could use the cab off that white 72 chevy you guys have in the yard. The cab on mine is shot to shit.
I gave that 71 to one of my friends, he restored it for his daughter, put a 454 in it, turned into a beautiful truck
Fuck it solves it all
How many times did this guy say
" your just in a hole ". ???
did you have like 1000 psi in your tires??
It's in the hole!
- Carl Spackler

Wait my home! Come back!
Set of airbags in the back and that dmax would pull that across the country.
Haha always has to be the one guy talking about cummins.
It might be in a hole
So, is it in a hole?
whats it stuck in again?
i want to see a 1500 do that
great truck and all bit there is just no weight in the ass end to give it traction
anyone else seeing the frame flex in the chevy???
you need some air lift air bags
I had no damn idea he was in a hole
Screw the damn hole holy cow
is it in a hole?
should have got a Cummins
poor chevy, his frame probably broke haha
a shipping crate and a truck are two different things
A cold Bud light and diesel and anything is possible.
I think buddy here is like groot but he says "You're just in a hole"
down in a hole and I don't know if I can be saaaaaaaved
Wow, how simple minded can we become?
Oh, did you guys hear? It's in a hole.
every time he says "hole" you have to take tug on your beer....
Just in a hole.
did that with my 64 f100 so what isthe big deal
I bet not
a cummins would have taken that thing right out of there
Guy was just in a hole

Should've sent a cummins 3500
I agree
Will Bridge
So it could not complete the job? Your comment doesn't even make sense. The duramax got the job done. Your comment should be reserved for a video where a duramax fails.
why bumper pullers for anything are shit
when you break up with your girlfriend for real..real.
4:42 HAHA Best part.... Who whould of thunk it! lol
A HOLE
Bet his transmission will go soon
What kind of a shithole is that? Somebody ought to neaten up a bit.
That truck is fucked. Bet that bent the frame towards the rearend of the truck.
use a powerstroke
Powerjoke*
Why so a connecting rod will snap or the head gasket will let go?
+Kyle Harwood Better than IFS and ignition issues on a Chevy, or transmission and tie rod issues on a Dodge.
the powerstroke broke

+Falcon F16 Hull/Cox I pulled the same size, old 1960's piece of shit mobile home/trailer over a mile for a neighbor with my '11 F350, then had to back it into the spot they wanted it in...was a pain in the ass because the trailer was wider than my mirrors...my truck didn't have any problems whatsoever getting the trailer to move, nor did it squat down in the ass like this GMC did..so keep your "chevy is so great, and all others suck" bullshit to yourself...
