Hey Cali. A single jack jaguar makes accesscode with 5300atk and 3 pops but not attack twice. The combo is: Summon jaguar, make baelynx, baelynx search sanctuary, activate sanctuary, link baelynx for baelynx, jaguar in grave shuffle back baelynx to summon it. Use both for splash mage, splash mage revive jaguar or baelynx, use splash and whatever you brought back for transpose, then transpose summon back splash mage, then use both for accesscode. Accesscode targeting transpose for 5300, and you have a water, earth, and fire link in grave for accesscode. Its better late game but still good to know in more simplified board states
Just built salamangreat after selling pieces of my decks for bills and looking for something budget and not crap. I don't know how I never played this deck when it was meta it's so good!
I love this build. Personally, I like playing bufferlo because of the fact that ypur built is kind of a control version. Having bufferlo means that you can have card advantage and bufferlo is more likely to resolve than debug.
I know it’s not exactly the type of content you post but it would be really cool if you did sort of a history of yugioh meta decks maybe like the best deck every year from the start of the game. I’d be extremely interested in seeing something like that.

@Cybernetic Zone 9 one-card starters with built-in everything (spells,traps) combined with alot of handtraps and the recursion it offers was outstanding. Salamangreat is the most complete deck ever made imo. All you had to have was 3 Sunlight Wolfs and handtraps and you got your Tier 1 deck. Along with Sky Striker, these 2 are the most complete decks imo.
@@tl4038 after all the hits, the deck is still able to do something. That just tel you how complete the deck was. It’s not only about putting big board. Sometimes the consistency is the better choice.
One thing I’d like to add is this deck is SUPER budget. Picking up 3 starter decks alone brings the value 3x Ash Blossom and lets you pick up the majority of the Salad core. Outside of the Salad package, most singles are cheaper than ever due to recent reprints. Swap Accesscode for Topologic Zeroboros for a really budget swap and you got yourself a playable salad deck on a budget!

Assuming your opponent has 0 carda on the field and 0 interaction in their hand... probably allot of cards that can do something similar, that doesnt make them good though because the chances of 0 interruptions and 0 things on field, not on turn 0 is very low

Mmmh, I would say that a card like borreload would be nice, and I'll explain why: maybe I'm missing something, but this list seems kinda weak to cards like beelze of the diabolic dragons or evil hero malicious bane. The deck needs a removal for cards immune to battle or effect destruction, so borreload would perfectly fit. Ofc, malicious has not seen any competitive plays, aswell as beelze, but the idea of losing to a rogue cause you have no answer to this problem is sad.
Other than being an extender , heees why moles bad The shuffle and draw effect is BAD for salamangreat You don’t want to shuffle salamangreat cards from grave into deck unless it’s wolf and Leo And if you’ve gone that far into the game You should be winning as our deck is a great grind deck

Talents doesn’t fix the issue, since the choking point is Debug. You go into Balelynx and search field then play Talents and the two cards you draw don’t really matter since you already normal summoned. The deck is too normal summon reliant to work with talents is what I’m saying.

Pssst, thats a really stupid suggestion. Why just force zeus into the deck for no reason? It has literally no synergy with the deck which thrives on board presence and traps... but hey zeus big boy go brrrr so ofc youre going to jam it into every possible deck right? And 3 will is too many

Pretty much every control or pro-active control deck can benefit from having a clear button. I play it Salamangreat and it has won me every game that I've had to make it. I'd say I use Zues about 1/3 of the time. The problem with what you're saying is that you assume you're strategy is always going to work out. Most of the time Zues is not needed no. Does it mean you shouldn't run it? No, that's stupid. It's like running Dweller in the deck. You don't need Dweller to win, but against certain match ups it's nice. It's not a synergy issue, it's a matter of utility.

Formud isn't good, Bufferlo doesn't get you anything in specific, There's already 5 Normal summons dedicated in the deck.

mekk knight crusadia avramax is always a decent option. Its really annoying to deal with and it can easily attack twice with Update Jammer
