That’s how I knew my partner was the one. Not that I’ve ever cheated, not once. But I would look at other people, appreciate how beautiful they were our day dream about what a good partner they might be in comparison to the slouching sack of grump I was with at the time. Now I don’t look at anyone like that, and I no longer dream of a greater love. I have it. All of my needs are met.

@@stischer47They are miserable beings who only care about playing with others feelings. The prove that they are miserable is the fact that they think themselves smarter for lying outrageous lies such as car accidents and sick relatives. Guess what someday they will be in trouble and in need because we all are at multiple points in our lives. Then they won’t find someone who is willing to help them because they cheated and abused every relationship they have.

    • @Fiona2254

Oh they are miserable once they are found out, especially if they lose the house because after spending all the couples retirement they underestimate the wife’s ability to get him to sign off the house in her name. She used “tax issues” and he was stupid enough to sign not realizing that he wasn’t just signing on the “payment of taxes” but on the property mutually owned. No one I know has deserved to get that surprise when the divorce was finalized more than this guy. He even used his teenaged son’s name on the dating apps he was using to find women.
Dude is a sad sack of meat now, he did marry the last one but he’s not happy. Still asking for his part of the sale of the house that he gave her.
And yes he deserved it as he emptied their 401k, almost a million dollars between the two of them, to run around with women. The woman he married really thought he was rich but now he has to work for a living and she’s stuck with him.

@@stischer47From a psychological perspective, they suffer from abandonment issues and avoidant behaviors. There is pain that causes them to lash out at others this way. They are addicted to the dopamine rush of the honeymoon phase because they like that fake version of themselves more than their real self. They live with the thrill and anxiety of being found out. These are self destructive habits that have consequences. They fear true connection to others and themselves. That sounds pretty miserable to me.

As a teen I witnessed my dad hit my mother, and stopped him at the expense of a belt.
When he tried it again I was 16 and I knocked him on his arse. My mother left him.

Damn this video makes me feel grateful to be in a long term, committed relationship. My best friend was in a long term relationship for most of her twenties, and the guy was abusive and she became single for the first time since she was 15 at the age of 25, so she was naive about dating. Now we're 32 and she has gotten screwed over by SO MANY MEN that she met through dating apps, so she had to just tap out and quit dating. She just couldn't stand it anymore. She is like top of the line, beautiful, soulful, loyal, genuine, honest, just an incredible person you only meet once in a lifetime, so if she is getting screwed over by tons of men, then I know the dating scene must be trash.

I think the problem is that when you're dating from a small pool of people, like lgbtq, it's easier to run into a cheater. It's statistics. I'm a bi woman, i have been single for nearly 10 years and i don't do hook ups, and my straight female friends have been constantly running into nasty men. It's amazing how manipulative and blackmail-y men can be. I have also known lesbians who had cheating girlfriends. I do think men are more likely to cheat just looking at my surroundings and the people i know.

(Edit) ...and he threatened to unalive her. THAT RIGHT THERE is the biggest reason to be extremely cautious about love-bombing. There is NEVER an excuse to cheat. I don't care what "reasons" you have. If you feel the need to step out then frikin just STEP AWAY! I know relationships can sometimes be difficult, I've been with my husband for over 35 years, but one thing we do is talk, discuss, and be grown up enough to keep things in the open. Once the trust is gone then so is the relationship.

    • @ThePanMan11
      @ThePanMan11 Год назад +10

Life is more complicated than that. Generally I'd always condemn cheating but I can think of cases where I approve.
I know someone who was in a very abusive and controling relationship with a man who constantly put her down. Her confidence was through the floor and she truly believed she wouldn't be able to make it a day on her own. On top of that they had two kids and she didn't want to uproot their lives as well.
In the end she met someone outside of the relationship. She wasn't out to cheat but it just evolved after meeting someone who treated her with dignity. Eventually they restored her own self confidence and showed her she was worth more than the footwipe her boyfriend turned her into through gaslighting and manipulation. After all she left the relationship because the other guy made her feel she could actually take care of herself and her kids.
Sometimes talking just isn't and option and people feel they can't just uproot their own lives and the lives of their family. I feel this is perfectly understandable.

@@ThePanMan11my friend was being punched by her husband with their barely one year old baby in the room. She cheated so that she could have someone willing to move her out ASAP while still helping provide protection for her and her child. Since we all know these women beaters are cowards and are afraid of raising their hands on another man. No one in her family would help her and her in laws knew about the abuse. I think within abuse is the only time cheating is more out of survival than wanting an itch to scratch

@@wiggilytaco7570 The guy who provided protection doesn't sound that great if she had to be dating him in order for him to protect her from her abusive husband. Having support to get out of abuse doesn't mean you need to cheat.
The husband deserved nothing and to be stomped into the ground.
But why does someone need to be dating another person to help? They sound just as manipulative as the [hopefully ex] husband. To take advantage of a woman who is just trying to protect her baby.
Cheating in an abusive relationship can also be very dangerous for the one in the relationship. Though abusers are cowards, all it takes is for them to find out while their victim is with them without their affair partner.

@@ThePanMan11@SatanicDumbDumb Nope, cheating is still wrong. Sad that that's what it took for your friend to feel worthy, but it was still wrong of her to cheat. The "I don't want to uproot my family" is also not an excuse and is the most common excuse used by married men that cheat.

I did have someone (a woman) ask me if I was going to date - about two months after my husband passed away. "Oh, fer shur", [sucking a tooth] "I'ma get right on that..."

During the surgery, something went wrong and my lungs collapsed. The left did so more than 3 times. I still have trouble breathing. His co-worker actually said to him “that most men would have left by now….” Who would say that to someone while their wife is laying in the hospital unconscious?!!?!?!

We were together for 3 and half years then split up for a year then back together for another 3 and a half years and engaged both times. I had never had a boyfriend before him so i had no idea what a relationship was meant to be like. I just believed everything and found out he cheated multiple times. I found out a few of them at the time but he convined me he wasnt and it was my fault i didnt believe him. There are many many more things but this just makes me realise how gulible i was.

Some people are fine with the fetishist if they have a true care fetish rather than a hit and dip fetish, some fall for the ones reaching for the low hanging fruit or those thinking disability comes with worshipping their foolish ass or money they can get out of us.
I, personally, have never got a bad guy but I don't date extremely cautiously and steer clear of all fetishists.

In my dating days (I'm in my 70's now) I never accepted that a man I just met should pay for my meal on the first dates. For me, this always created a falsely intimate situation where the woman invariably ends up feeling like she owes something to the guy (and we all know that's not money😐). Since I didn't know the guy's character yet, I wanted to feel free to just get up and go if it wasn't going according to my values and taste.
