    This guy is my new favorite. So hilarious and non-annoying to listen to. And unlike just about every other RUclipsr on this subject, I don't feel like he's trying to sell me something every two seconds. I hope he stays true and doesn't sell out

    • @wesley42324

      Also, I actually learned a few new things bc this guy doesn't copy and paste other RUclipsrs' info. Seriously, you can listen to ten drs on SIBO or liver health and walk away with the exact same list of dos and don'ts. Some overlap is understandable, but it's identical! Like apparently I can just throw a pair of glasses on, call myself a dr, and start my own RUclips channel using all the same info..

    Before I get problems with my gallbladder, I have been eating tons of tofu instead of meat. This information was an eye opener. Also grains I could not and still do tolerate.
    According to Dr. Berg and the form of my body, I am an estrogen type person.
    After 5 years of suffering and not eating any fats at all the gall bladder was removed.
    I wish I knew then what I know now. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. From doctors we don't hear anything of how to help ourselves except giving meds and removing organs.

      Soy doesn't actually increase estrogen, by the way, so you're all good lol. People who tell you that phytoestrogens (found in soy) increase estrogen levels around the board have not done their research. What they do is help balance your hormones, so if you have too much estrogen, they actually help decrease it.

    Hi! I'm really enjoying your content. Keep it up! I have a question, do you have a video that explains why grains thicken up the bile? And if we aren't the person who's supposed to do a keto diet, how shall we eat? And if you have any videos on psoriasis/eczema, that would be great!!
    Oh and how toddlers should eat! Especially if they have eczema.

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  Год назад +8

      Thanks so much @Mary Guliuk, I don't have any videos about why grains thicken bile. Too many grains and processed foods seem to do that for a lot of people.
      As far as how you should eat, it depends on many factors. That's why I always say that there is no diet that is right for every person. But my book, Kick Your Fat in the Nuts walks you through the process of figuring that out for yourself. You can download it for free here: kickitnaturally.com/free
      I have plans to make some videos about toddlers and kids. Those are on my list. But here is podcast episode on eczema: kickitnaturally.com/acne-eczema-and-skin-issues/

    I was swelling up and having issues long before my gallbladder was taken out. Just like having gallbladder issues since I was 12 years old. Now that I had my gallbladder out since I was in my 50s, my stomach stays swelled up. I have gas constantly that will not go away, and I cannot get rid of the weight. I’m allergic to all kinds of things that I’ve been allergic to over the years and as I get older I’m allergic to more things. My body does not digest sugar, so I have to watch the foods that I eat and the vegetables and fruits. I do not eat lots of fried foods because they make me sick to my stomach. I have never been able to eat a very high fat diet. I carry too much yeast on my body so I can’t. I have to watch what I eat. I went from being slim and trim to a huge stomach. I am still very active, but I’m not comfortable. I have tried ox bile, which gives me constant, diarrhea, and stomach enzymes, which does nothing but gives me constant stomach pain. I am a mess and I’m not happy. I went to a Gastro doctor and he told me that I digested my food just fine and passed it just fine. But I was still having bouts of diarrhea and constipation. Any kind of medication that they put me on really didn’t work or cause more problems. What what is going on.?

    Excellent vid. A suggestion for a future vid (and I'm newly subbed if you already did this) would be about coffee. I stopped drinking it until I read it had antioxidants.
    My questions would be, does instant coffee have the same benefits, and would decaf have it too? Processing anything seems to take away it's juicy goodness.

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  2 года назад +5

      That is a good topic and i have added that to the list to cover in upcoming videos. I do think you probabaly lose a lot with instant coffee. I don't know that the level of antioxidant effect is worth it in coffee, but it can have some other benefits for some people, while it can push some too far onto the sympathetic side, so of course it can vary from person to person.

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  2 года назад +4

      I will sometimes have clients take bismuth for a short period of time away from food. It's usually not enough to fix a bacterial overgrowth on it's own, but it can sometimes be used along with other things. I just don't like to see people use it for long-term use.

    What is considered a safe lab range of estradiol for men to try to avoid gallstone formation?
    Can DIM and calcium d-glucarate be used to help lower high estradiol levels?

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  2 года назад +2

      Too many other factors for gallstones to just give an estradiol range. Gallstones are usually much more about poor bile flow and estrogen is not the only factor that can effect bile flow.
      But yes, calcium d-gluc and DIM both seem to be effective at lowering estrogen. I like to use cal-d gluc for a month or so and then switch over to DIM for a month or so when estrogen is too high.

Mild frequent flatulence, mild frequent burping, and a mild sensation under my right ribcage. I've lost 55 lbs over the past 6 months quite easily through diet and intermittent fasting. I've found myself acting more emotional and more easily cry over things. Would going back to a regular 3 square meals, with a good balanced diet be as effective as the beet flow? How about lowering the estrogen in one's system?

    Seems very misleading to link whole fruit with high fructose corn syrup. Many fruits are known to be incredibly beneficial for the liver- berries, citrus, apples, grapes, cranberries, pineapples etc. There are plenty of studies to back this up.
