He honestly was, in an offense built around his run/pass style he led the 49ers to two nfc titles in a row. These past few seasons they tried to force him to be a pocket passer which isn't his game. I really want to see what he can do when a coach actually utilizes his skills again.

They viewed Colin as too controversial and not worth the risk for the caliber of player that he is and he's better than a lot of other quarterbacks but not good enough for them to excuse the PR frenzy . When they started going to those more prestigious schools, they changed it where you needed a phd. When black people started doing that, they made to where you need work experience for a job that you're still learning how to do. Now they just make to where you need to know an influential person in that field. They kept moving the goal post, and now the curtain is finally gone. And we can see what they really want.
