Murls' climb through the chiclets ranks this Spring/Summer has been amazing to see. Excellent nuggets that lead to good conversations, great awareness on the mic, genuine sound. Keep it up Matt! Great interview boys!
@@Booger-Magnolia nah I'm anti-armdog. buddy interupted boucher maybe 4 times during this interview. Straight up cuts him off. Just one of my reasons for not liking armdog on the pod
Loved this guys. Bouch is terriffic. Really came to respect him when he came here to San Jose. He was well liked around the tank. Glad to see him thriving as a TV guy now. He's forgotten more than most of us know when it comes to hockey in general and being a real pro. Solid dude!
Boosh will ALWAYS be my favorite player. I still have his Flyers Jersey. I remember going to a Flyers vs Sabres playoff game and a fight broke out where every player dropped gloves. Boosh actually went to fight Dominik Hasek. I can’t find the clip anywhere, but I’ll never forget it! Thank you Boosh! 33 baby 🧡🖤
*Modern day shutout record If you go to the official NHL records page they seem to finally recognise that Alec Connell holds the all-time record with 6 consecutive in 1928, Boucher had 5.
I played for snider hockey growing up, and when I was around 10-12 we played Brian bouchers son who played for the junior phantoms or something like that. They smoked us, so after the game Brian Boucher comes in our locker room to congratulate us on a great game played (not) and that ed snider would be proud. One slime ball kid on my team goes “your son is so dirty”. Bouche just goes, “Well, i guess we gotta clean that dirt up” and walks out. Guys a class act.
Holy fuck. I somehow for the first time caught myself actually watching the intro…. ALWAYS thought it was Whit saying “it’s my duty to please the bootay” never seen the Gomez one 🤣
My answer to the question at the end of this episode: Niklas Lidstrom. Won a Norris in his last year at 40 years old, would have stayed dominant even beyond his retirement. They don't call him "The Perfect Human" for nothing.
I vividly remember in 2000 playoffs vs the devils he took a gomez clapper right to the face and the puck got stuck in his mask. Scary moment, must have thought he went blind
Y’all need to go back to Whitt and Biz doing the main interviews. Army and Murls aren’t needed for the interviews. Too many plugs trying to act like superstars

Agreed.
Murls is a beauty. Great pick up.
Terry Ryan question was 🤌🏻
Gotta shout out the armdog too love that guy

I always love to hear some Doug Murray appreciation! My favorite Shark
That was a great interview. Thanks, fellas!
Boucher still holds the shutout record. 👏👏

when are you interviewing his brother Bobby, the College football star.
Momma says alligators are ornery cuz the got all dem teeth and no toothbrush!
Bobby Boucher was his nickname on the flyers

I've always found that the guys that are on TV are great at interviews
Some of my greatest flyers memories are with boosh in net. Thanks boosh., great interview boys.

Much love, Boosh. One of my all time favorite flyer goalies.
That intro story from G is golden 😂😂

RA do a review on Sounds of Freedom......
Top Interview. Boucher is awesome
When RA speaks, I smile
Nice that you mentioned Quickie. I was at UMass when the lad was there, he was awesome and we weren't so hot back then.
Biz you are a GOOF!
Love Whit throwing in a little Zynaccino mid interview.
59:00 kipper ahahha
I vividly remember in 2000 playoffs vs the devils he took a gomez clapper right to the face and the puck got stuck in his mask. Scary moment, must have thought he went blind
Did RA say ´yup’ when Boucher asked if they played before the lockout? 😂 or was it Murls at 26:46
"I destroyed my girlfriend's parent's bathroom."
"It's time to talk about Pink Whitney!"
LOL I THOUGHT THE SAME!
Boucher was an all time great interview. Army over powered the interview at times. Needs to work on that.
G's food poisoning story sounds like something in a 00's Jonah Hill/Seth Rogan movie 🤣
How did you guys not mention that he played in the only shootout to decide a playoff birth????????
Or the Elias save
*berth
Neil Little had his jersey retired at the Main Street Pub in Voorhees
That was the worst vehicle commercial I've ever seen. 🤣
colby armstrongs fit is crazy in this😭😭😭
I'll never forget when the puck got stuck in his mask against New Jersey.
is it open bar for an hour if your participating in the chiclets cup like last time?
Absolutely crushed my hometown Woony lmao
one comment about Boucher interview - "RA it looks like you're playing with yourself with that laptop"
Jersey Shore, Food Poisoning, has the makings of a great reality show. Sorry G, that is brutal!
food poisoning on a packed Subway train in Taipei. There was a swimming pool of vomit in front of me. Terrible experience. Shit my pants to.
That sounds like a horror movie. Sorry that happened to you.

more like a dark comedy when you can't speak the local language.
G, if the scallops looked so bad why would you try to offer some to your girlfriend ? Trying to take her down with you😂😂
BOYS! Philly came up with Big E and Brindy in the same sentence and nobody alluded to what we all want to know?
whist a great interview
Give Duncan Keith 15 years of rest and he’ll give you 25 min a night
Hmm these scallops taste funky...might as well finish them.
Great interview!! Feel better soon, G!! Food poisoning is a motherfucker but hopefully passes quickly.
Why try to put books in your background when it’s obvious none of them have been cracked? Buy used. At least they look read.
It's SCALL-ops not SCOLL-ops
What did you guys think of having the extended chiclets crew in for the interview? Was it to many talking heads or did you guys like it?
It worked well most of the time but there was a few times they all wanted to talk. Helped having a good guest.
@zachmalone428 I think that interview was taped in Vegas so all the chiclets guys were there so made sense why they were all on the pod
@TopCheese81 yeah I got no problem with the whole crew. I just thought there were some moments where it felt crowded but overall great interview!
@zachmalone428 only worked because it was in person and the guest they had on, couldn't have all of them on the interview if it was virtual
Did that guy think Oppenheimer was directed by Michael Bay or something? And "character development", like it's an original fictional character?
This is why I don't eat bait. All seafood is bait. Especially if you had nothing to do with catching it.
Why is army wearing the suit jacket he miss the memo not tsn
G cooked himself a bad pizza lol
Armie in a blazer and shorts is rough
rich boy grinelli
Y’all need to go back to Whitt and Biz doing the main interviews. Army and Murls aren’t needed for the interviews. Too many plugs trying to act like superstars
Podcast has gotten too crowded… the interviews are becoming watered down with the extra guys chiming in …. Army needs to go
these guys are funny....they all have some money in the bank, but they talked about adversity. As if...
This podcast has gone downhill
I agree
Perhaps it’s cause it’s the off-season lol?
Exactly. I don’t mind hearing about stuff other than hockey. At least they are still putting the time in to put out content for us to listen to.
I 100% disagree
Seafood is trash
Oppenheimer was ahhh, Sound of Freedom was way better.
