I’m a little more than a month postpartum and have been watching your vlogs as a quick pick me up between feeds. I couldn’t bring myself to watch this one passed the intro because I miss my family so much. They live in a different part of the country from me. There’s nothing like having a baby to make you wish your family was around the corner. Love your relationship with your family. Know how lucky you are to have them nearby.

Such a special video! I love the fact that it feels like there is no pressure on who's filming and who's getting filmed, but instead is a lovely way to just document the moment without thinking about the perfect shots or the highest possible quality (especially video resolution-wise). It makes me kind of want to try this type of filming format again too on my next trip/adventure/... . It looks so fun and carefree. Thanks for sharing it!

I swear this was a compilation of my childhood holidays to Scotland. It brought back so many memories. I turned 40 this year and hope to take my 7 yr old daughter. Its so beautiful. I love the simplicity of your video too. A Perfect way to document a treasured memory with your dad xx

I’ve had a camcorder sitting in my room with a dead battery for years since I bought it. I’ve always preferred to be behind the camera but still feel weird about taking it out and putting that “pressure” on family and friends. Your life and career has afforded you the ability to become comfortable with this I’m sure. I just want you to know that this small creation of capturing life versus having to narrate or perform has inspired me to pick mine up so I can have even just a fragment of my loved ones as keep sake. Thank you for sharing. Thank you for inspiring such a gift.

Gosh that first minute made me so emotional. My Dad passed away 16 years ago, the anniversary just passed 2 weeks ago, and I think of all the stuff I didn't get to experience with him. I was only 17 when he passed and he loved to travel and spend time with family. Love this so much for the wonderful memories you will get to have! 💖

We used to go to the Isle of Skye every year as kids with my Mum, Dad and my Dad’s Dad -who passed away a long time ago- but as much as he wanted to go back, my Dad thought it would be too emotional without Grandad. It’s lovely that you got to do this with your Dad. So special and a memory to treasure 💕x
