Not gonna lie - I was prepared to be disappointed with this video because I thought you were going the pure click-bait route, but I was pleasantly surprised! Your editing has come a long way and the content is still high quality with valuable information. Awesome vid!

In fact, in addition to the sauna, it’s also good to take a hot russian banya or finnish kylpy once a week or two weeks. Because the air in the sauna is dry, and the steam in the banya, and it has an excellent inhalation effect for your lungs. In addition, you can add various essential oils or extracts to the steam and enjoy the wonderful smell (in fact, a glass of beer per liter of water creates an incredible aroma effect).
However, if you have serious problems with the cardiovascular system, then it is better not to stay in the banya for a long time, as well as not to create a strong temperature. To do this, you can visit the turkish hammam, it usually has lower temperatures.

For extra challenge during winter, I like to roll in snow and run back to sauna. It feels awful but makes blood flow like crazy.

Awesome video Mike! I love your style of editing! I have question: if I don’t have access to a Sauna, do you think warm/hot showers would reap similar benefits? Thanks :)

Hey Jake, a friend of Mike's here. I saw your question and hopefully have an answer for you.
A hot bath (40 degrees C) for 30-60 minutes is a great substitute for a sauna. A video about it here: ruclips.net/video/8QWH3luecIA/видео.html
      Have a good one 👊

Don't do a steam sauna in a city that fluoridates their water. I saved up for a sauna space 4 light near infrared sauna and it's awesome and the best one in my opinion. I used to heat up my entire tiny bathroom as the enclosure and later I bought the sauna space tent enclosure so I now have their full setup. Watch out for your hydration because I find that hard to keep up with.

Oooo man! I didn't even think of that, thank you! Alright so we're sticking with dry sauna and chilling out on pouring water to create steam even in a dry sauna. Plus, what's the brand for the near infrared sauna? 4 Light? My mom wants to get one
