    Ingredients:-
    Whole Green moong dal
    Masoor dal
    Whole Green chana dal
    Whole Black chana dal
    Green peas
    Yellow peas
    Peanut
    Wash them & soak overnight these lentils , later pressure cook them for 1 whistle & let it cool.
    To make chaat
    Take these boiled lentils, add vegetables like Chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, green chillies, boiled potatoes, coriander leaves & squeeze in some lemon juice.
    Top it with fresh fruits like mulberries, mango, pomegranate seeds. Also add in some chopped dates & almonds.
    Toss the mixture till well combined.
    Just before serving add soaked chia seeds, pink salt and some freshly cracked pepper, toss it and serve it
    You can also add some seasoned curd to this as per your liking
    This is complete meal loaded with good amounts of protein, fibre , micro and macro nutrients and of course your carbohydrates.
