awesome video! how long from start to finish did the entire cycle take? from the start to being completed, also why do you set the initial freeze and extra freeze settings to 0

It has been a little while since I did candy but if I remember correctly only around 6 hours. This process is for more of making a novelty item rather than long term storage, hence the no extra freezing, but you can if you want.
