Why are they all MKWii and not other Mario Kart games?

The only SMS custom tracks I found were all on MKWII, only one exception was Blooper Surfing Safari which got a remake on MK8 Deluxe but for some reason I preferred to keep the one from MKWII :)

Same question, Blooper Surfing Safari had such a cool remake in CTGP Nitro with even his own song and stuff
(Also, i'm still waiting a CTGP Nitro video, or a MKDS ct videos for that matter)
