Have you met disco, which is the granddaddy of all of this? Half of what you are complaining about are samples from classic house records, the production is really really good on this, like everything that Danny does. This is written for a big room crowd, its the main mix, and it' has to appeal to the kids on the floors today, the build up is just a snare line, how is that cheesy? The toms afterwards? Come on. Tell us though, so we can have a sense of what you mean, what is "not cheesy"?
