    Thank you very much for all important information. I have a doubt - You suggested to have milk+banana however, as per Ayurveda both are opposite meals and should not be consumed together. Please can you clarify it.

      yes if you have Kafa dosha, but you can keep half an hour interval between both food items.

    I'm reqularly doing surya namaskar, n even daily practicing ur yog se parichay sessions as well.I feel more comfortable n energetic throughout the day.
    In my family my Mom n one of my brothers are underweight like me.And all we r in sound health.
    May be v hv genetic problem.
    All in all I wanna thnk u a lot Didi, n as per ur instructions I shall follow nutrition diet, n continue yog as well.
