I gave up cars after being a tech for 10 years but now looking into getting back into the hobby side of it. Thinking Ek sedan 5spd for myself 4 kiddos, But they getting older and 2 of them started driving this year. Gonna give my 03 gen 2 crv to my daughter and grab me one of these. Dang. Really good garage paint job. My civic had a recent respray when I bought it and I'd rate it 6/10. Looks good from a few meters away. Not even the same colour as original, couple shades darker and rear passenger quarter has some fish eyes and it's chipping away at some edges. Would you mind sharing the cost?
Chris is a long time mate of mine. I'd like to think I took care of him but won't reveal the cost as there are lots to consider in quoting a job. Best to dm him on insta!
Sorry for the slow reply I wouldn't be able to give you an accurate figure as each job would be different. Mine had a few repairs, sand back and paint. I would budget 5k+ AUD for a decent job. Anything less i don't think any self respecting painter would do a decent job.

@@shomatsuoka332 it was actually Jono’s original rear bar. I plastic welded the mould area smooth and painted it. I wish new oem bars we still available.
Actually i forgot to mention in the vid - Chris actually stripped the cracked tint on there. I thought i might have liked it but actually appreciate the dark tint. I'm definitely getting all 4 windows retinted!
