I think one of THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS someone can do, who is battling with a lack of self-love and internal dialogue that isn't supportive is this: obsessively listen to mentors like this. When you're at work, when you're washing the dishes, when you're walking to the train, when you're on the train, when you're in the car, when you're at the beach...seriously if you always have these positive people talking in your ear...it will replace the negative inner dialogue you have going on in your head, at least while you're listening. The hope is that eventually this will become your habitual go-to to shut out that negativity. And then you'll be programming through repetition these useful tools, suggestions, stories of courage and determination, so that eventually, with time...you'll start to realize the potential for yourself.

If you find yourself not motivated to get started. Emotionally connect with your goals. If you visualize the feeling of reaching your goal and see it before you, it WILL motivate you to push further and make it MUCH easier to do so. Get real specific, the joy inside of you when it happens, the people congratulating you, the things you can give back to your family. Be imaginative! That's how I stay motivated. I've just started my RUclips Channel and even though not many watch me I know WHY I'm putting in all the work. Cause my goal is a part of me, it drives me.

I love this interview. YANA. Love that definition of self-love. Love yourself where you are, but also love yourself enough to grow into a better version of yourself. I think we’re here to learn something and to better ourselves spiritually. That’s hard to do without also bettering ourselves mentally, emotionally and physically. I agree - like you is a must... I believe the comments have to be read to understand. Has negative feedback that is for us to improve.... Has comments that are for us to understand the awareness of your audience (what that means) they had emotions based on the video and they are reacting or responding... Has comments that people just want to collaborate / be heard / feel worthy / help someone.... It is just a comment, do not put meaning to it. Once people place a negative meaning to the comments is where people is on the negative thinking / believe / energy #greatness
costly to the point of negating or outweighing expected benefits: Pyrrhic. (named after Pyrrhus, king of Epirus who sustained heavy losses in defeating the Romans). There are so many women who gained weight to accommodate the fragile and insecure egos of their female peers and to try and attract a man who would love them for their spirit and personality instead of the 'trophy' exterior...and it doesn't work! So glad Lisa is addressing this.

#Greatness. Lewis, is this video available in podcast format? I sat through with a video with you and Jay Shetty. Now, I am sitting here with Lisa and you. This is truly inspiring. There are so many great insights and actionable learning lessons. I am going to replay this conversation again and take down notes. Self-love is the soil and daily grind is required. Action is the antidote to despair. Awareness + Action = Transformation. Action is the prescription for success. 1:18:42 strategy, milestone, and accountability. Purpose comes with a plan. Thank you.
I agree - like you is a must... I believe the comments have to be read to understand. Has negative feedback that is for us to improve.... Has comments that are for us to understand the awareness of your audience (what that means) they had emotions based on the video and they are reacting or responding... Has comments that people just want to collaborate / be heard / feel worthy / help someone.... It is just a comment, do not put meaning to it. Once people place a negative meaning to the comments is where people is on the negative thinking / believe / energy #greatness

There are so many women who gained weight to accommodate the fragile and insecure egos of their female peers and to try and attract a man who would love them for their spirit and personality instead of the 'trophy' exterior...and it doesn't work! So glad Lisa is addressing this.
