I have the same Osprey. It really gives you peace of mind when you want to venture out "further". The 3 litre water bladder is more than enough. I usually fill it to 1.5 litres and never run out (usually on a 2 hour ride). I keep tools, pocket knife. Your not going to fit alot in there. so don't plan on packing clothes (maybe 1 or 2 thin t-shirts would be fine.

Hey there, Age and height aren't as important as torso length. You'll want to measure your torso length and then look at the specs of these two packs to see which fits. In this case, both packs fit torsos 17-21", so their main difference is in capacity; there's not a real difference in sizing or fit. If you take care of the reservoir and drinking tube you can avoid that. Try to dry it out when you are not using it, and store in a cool, dry place. Some of our Gear Specialists recommend putting it in the freezer in between uses so bacteria cannot grow.
Not sure exactly what you mean by environmentally friendly. Most bladders are reusable if well cared for (and all are BPA-free by now, though that's more of a health concern rather than an environmental one). Pack fabrics themselves are increasingly being made from post-consumer recycled materials, but I don't know of any in late 2018 that claim to use recycled materials in a hydration pack (even from brands like Patagonia that are known for doing so). Our best advice is to write the brands you like directly and make a request. Squeaky wheel gets the grease, no?
The Raptor is specifically designed for bicyclists, with some great organization and a stretch mesh pocket. The Talon has fewer organizational features and an elastic bungee on the front. Each set of features will meet a different need.
Enwild Thank you very much for the answer. I’m looking for a backpack to allow me uphill in summer with my rollerski and downhill running with helmet, summer boots and rollers well attached. The raptor is my favourite at this point but I don’t know if it will hold

Hi, do you think the black color can you warm up more than red for example?
Maycon Lima i belive so. Black tends to absorb mere heat from the sun. Won't be a problem though because the surface that your body touches the pack
How do I mount a full face helmet on the raptor 10?
The pack has a LidLock feature, but it may not work with a full helmet
