    Hello Everyone!
Today’s video is all about breaking generational curses and how it ties into gentle parenting. I made this video because these are things that can be fixed, and that can be broken but it has to start somewhere. This is how and why we started our journey with our family and for our children’s future. In here I give you bits of my family history and what I’ve gone through to explain it better. I hope this helps someone. Thanks for watching and I hope to see you all next week☺️❤️
    XOXO JAZZ

New subbie here and also gentle parenting here. My family definitely looked at me differently at first. My husband did not understand at first as neither of us grew up with gentle parenting but after a good long conversation he was on board. We’ve been gentle parenting for 14 years and get nothing but compliments from teachers and family on how well behaved and well mannered our son is. Gentle parenting works!

Hello and Welcome🤗 it’s always nice to meet other gentle parents. We still get side eyes and it’s been 6 years😅 we just brush it off though. Everyone loves our babies. They’re well behaved, and respectful. I think it’s 100% worth it! How has it been over all for you and your husband? I know there are going to be challenges as they get older and you’re a vet at this compared to us so any advice is welcome.❤️
PS. Thank you so much for subscribing and leaving me a comment, I really appreciate it😊

@@jassysix1 Honestly the most challenging time was when he was about 4-6. Once he started school was consistently around other children he would try to mimic their behavior. My husband would just have a talk with him. He would be firm and let him know that he was disappointed and that would work or we would take away either his IPad or video game. He doesn’t really give us problems now(fingers crossed)he’s going through puberty so he does get a little snappy at times and we still just talk to him or see if maybe he needs a few minutes to himself. I honestly can’t remember the last time we’ve had to take something away from him. My sister who does not believe in gentle parenting is always having problems with my 16 year old nephew, but we never have a problem with him. She thinks it because we”don’t discipline” I think it’s the exact opposite. The way she describes him at home verses how is with us is very different. We had him the entire summer and not one problem. I truly think it has to do with how he’s disciplined at home verses how he knows he would be disciplined with us.

You are so right. I don't have kids but if I did I would gentle parent.
