When using the UC1 to with the 360 what is happening with the Live session view mixer? Does it follow the pan and fader moves on the 360 mixer? Does the audio signal get mapped to the UC1 channel strip of the 360 then to session mixer in Live? Confused about that part of the video. Please explain
Do we really need another DAW on the market? It's probably better that these companies focus on making their core products better and not another DAW option for everyone to navigate. :)
Hi ! One question please: If we click on a track with a mouse, is it automatically selected by the UF1, or do you need to go to the track manually on the UF1 ? I fear I know the answer ... as soon as I heard about MCU...
@@steffenhenriksen1412 "I" just read the faq... "UF1 controlling Cubase/Nuendo/Live/Studio One/Pyramix via MCU - The MCU implementation in these DAWs means that it is not possible to follow the selected track in the DAW. However, we are looking at ways of improving this functionality in SSL 360° v1.6." edited for @Steffen 😂
mackie control always has an issue. The daw manufacterer is the one that allows some and noth other mackie control aspects to be enabled or not. This is outsid of any hardware controllers lioteral control. thats why cubase may not do a particular function but logic may do and vice versa. Mackie controlis a crsp shoot in other words
@SSL - what users want is a UF1 with 8 faders. We don't know if you are purposely doing this to maximize profits from different units or your designer team has no clue of your customers needs. Im not buying this cause i know for sure next you will release a UF8 with UF1 features.
I'm seriously thinking about getting all three!
if this had a spectogram it would be incredible
Is it possible to control automation lines with SSL UF1 within Ableton Live ?

Looks great will buy ASAP
does the UF1 follow the appointed device? (when you select it with the mouse)
very confusing to have this 5-8 button and the arrows; if you press the arrow right does it jump to the 5th parameter or the 9th?
SSL,what about to bring out your own DAW? Like to see all full integrated with your Hardware

Is there any way to control "Split Stereo Pan Mode" through UF1? The default settings only control "Stereo Pan Mode".

@@YiggaP lol… after asking the actual question first you are really telling me to read the faq… Jesus 😂😂😂
@@steffenhenriksen1412 noo read past tense, not imperative. "I just read" not "read the faq" aha
@@YiggaP haha okay - you get a huge apology form me :D I should have been more awake ;)
is there any way to get the channel meter to display post instead of pre metering?
What is the adapter for?
focus mode doesn't work for me with native Ableton plugins, can anyone tell me why?
If I could programme myself to use this more than a mouse then it’ll be a game changer
Heeeeell yuh
BITWIG PLEASE
agreed
Looks so great but I so don’t need it!
Watched so many videos on this and really want one but ilok? No thanks
What’s your problem with iLok? I never had an issue … even though changing the device multiple times
nahh sometimes it is just easier to use mouse and keyboard
The UF1 doesn't seems to be that complementary to Live. I also have Logic and Cubase, wouldn't anybody say the UF1 is better on these two DAW's?

@@williamshaneblyth I sold the thing. Looks wonderful, great build quality. But it's not very practical...

I instantly paused the video when it said iLok. Hurt my ears.
That's embarrassing, suddenly the audio in this movie is mono. SSL, please, you can do better.
It's just a soundcard.
No, it is a controller.
That’s fantastic! Let’s connect?
