But overall any character is decent imo if you actually take the time to go through and build them, as well as learn their kit inside and out and yes this includes Dehya. I still hate the slander she gets, she doesn't need a buff she is perfectly fine the way she is. Heck put the new burning set on her and put her with Nahida or any other dendro and you can see she does absolutely fine.

If we talk about the best characters of each element (not just DPS), then out of 5*? these are nahida, furina, raiden, navia, Arle, ayaka, kazuha. and of the 4* yao yao, xinqiu, fishel/sinobu, yunzin, xiangling, there are no excellent fours in cryo, sucrose.
