- We finished the basement an hour before the party started on the 30th quick walk-through of what has changed and what it looks like now now we can get back to restoring and fixing games. Thanks everybody for liking subscribing and sharing.
Your work is second to none brother. It’s been a pleasure to be able to see it come together. Thank you
Thank you very much
Collectors are actually preserving these great machines. I don't want to maintain or own these arcades but I am glad someone is doing it.
Thank you
Mame FTW
Excellent!
Thank you
Amazing
Thank you very much
Wow very cool. Glad this popped through my videos to watch.
Thank you
A slice of heaven, well done sir
Thank you

Outstanding arcade and work you did to your basement. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you
Thanks for the tour
Thanks for watching
Very nice video and a great arcade as well. Thanks for posting this.
Thank you
WOW!! Amazing gameroom, you have the basement that I want, looks great
Thank you very much
This is stunning and fantastic. Gives me ideas and hope for my own.
Thank you
This is freaking crazy bro! Honestly, it's amazing.
Thank you very much
You officially never need to go outside for a fun night out, incredible home barcade man, bravo, looks like paradise!
Thank you very much
Inspiring work! Great Job!
Thank you
very nice collection and room
Thank you
This looks excellent. Great job!
Thank you very much
Wow very nice my friend that’s like taking a step back in time . Love it !! 🍻🍻🍻 used to play these arcades when I was 10 years old.
Thank you
Well, done! I wish you many more happy parties!!
Thank you
You got the majority of my favorite 80’s games. Original DK, Punch Out, Defender and Gauntlet would rap it up for me.
I think I’m actually going to put an original donkey Kong board in my donkey Kong Junior cabinet with a switcher at least that’ll save one space
Wow, this is amazing! Thank you for sharing these jewels with us
Awesome nice job 👍
Thank you
Space Ace = Dexter.
Thanks for the tour. Looks amazing
Thank you
What an incredible home arcade. Very nice. So crisp and clean !!!
Thank you
I wish I was handy/mechanically inclined to be able to do what you have accomplished, your arcade is absolutely amazing
Thank you very much
This is a pure work of art. Amazing job on the basement. It's absolutely gorgeous. Such extreme attention to detail. Very inviting, and looks like loads of fun. I bet one could disappear for days down there.
I hope the remodel my wife and I are doing comes out half as good as yours!!
Thank you very much. I really appreciate appreciate it.
the set up is so beautiful
Thank you
Wow you got legit arcade games. I'm super impressed. Your place looks great!
Thank you very much
Unbelievable!👍
Thank you
Perfect basement!
Thank you
Wow, Troy, what a love of passion for the hobby.
Thank you
Nice room! Enjoy it.
Thank you
Great work - love your collection and choice of games. Amazing basement!
Thank you very much
your collection is amazing
Thank you very much
This is amazingly well done. It's so inviting and immersive. Just wow.
Thank you very much
Incredible! Very impressive
I am really impressed. Such an amazing collection of some of the best arcade games of all time. I absolutely love that Nintendo arcade machine. I grew up with Nintendo but it never worked for me and eventually my aunt bought us a used super nintendo and I still have it. I currently have a nice Nintendo with a ton of games and a Super Nintendo with a ton of games. Now I wish I had a arcade cabinet to play them on. Well done!
Thank you
Well done sir!
Thank you very much
Beautiful arcade dude, love it!
Thank you
Omg I love what you have done with your arcade! Great job!!!
Thank you very much
Wow, your basement arcade came out wonderfull! I have watched some of your videos back then when you did the woodwork on the ceiling.
Thank you
This is a great collection man! I love how you have pretty much all original game cabinets! Most “basement arcade tours” I see nowadays on RUclips are mostly filled with Arcade1Up and other “home size” arcade games from Amazon and Costco which are also cool but nothing beats the OGs!
Thank you
Insane. Nice work.
Thank you very much
Congratulations Troy! Lots of hard work has gone into building your arcade and collection! Thanks for sharing - Looks awesome!
Thank you very much
Wow, I absolutely love it. A ton of games, many super interesting ones, not too crowded. A ton of attention to detail. And even though I can't stomach many 2600 games, I love your Homebrew cabinet, especially the control area.
Just an outstanding job overall
Thank you very much I appreciate it
Jumping Jesus Palomino ! You're a wizard, an Ace, and a Gentleman. I subscribed today and will be enthusiastically following you now. Congratulations on the project and keep it going!
Thank you very much
Awesome arcade dude 👊🏼
Thank you
Just amazing ! great work! Happy New Year ....
Thank you very much and happy new year to you too
Nice game room... You gave me a ton of ideas. Keep up the good work. and videos. lol
Thank you
Nice collection bro. I stumbled upon your channel and glad I did. I collect and restore/ refurbish myself. I'm looking forward to the next video. Thank you for the content
Awesome thank you
Wicked Awesome! I want to come over and play! LOL
Thank you
Yes! You completed the epic project! I’m so excited for you! Been following every step of the way. The wood walls and ceiling came out amazing and it’s so cool you made the ceiling a panel grid for access to electrical and plumbing. I’m just blown away at how spectacular this all came out! Well played Sir!
Thank you very much
It looks amazing! 🎉 congratulations! 🎉
Thank you
This looks like a dream, incredible work and congratulation for your collection. It's so great there are people like you to preserve those precious machines.
Thank you very much
The actual basement is cool. While majority of the games you have are not my cup of tea, I can still appreciate all the work that went into this project.
Thank you very much
Happy new year, you have an absolutely beautiful arcade.
Thank you and happy new year too you as well
The 3D printed figures are Awesome especially the Mario figures
Thanks
great job on the basement! happy new year!
Thank you and happy new year too you too
Basement looks amazing awesome job.
Thank you very much
I have the exact same dishwasher. Love it! Be lost without it.
Yes it’s awesome
This may very well be the best home arcade I've ever seen! Congrats, brotha. And that Cuphead cabinet, wow. Everything is incredible 👏🏻
Thank you very much
Only just found your channel and OMG! Incredible! Looking forward to seeing more! Great job - ps: the dishwasher! Haha great idea
Thank you
Great job, the basement and arcade are awesome. Thanks for sharing the process and finished job with us.
Thank you
Lol done that's cute.... You will never be done until you have so many games you have them in your bedroom amd are sleeping on them
lol I hope not
Troy you have a awesome collection of arcade games. Also I want to congratulate you on a successful and beautiful basement and you have a nice happy new year.
Thank you very much and you as well have a happy new year
wow! i enjoyed the build and the finish is outstanding!
Thank you
What an incredible job Troy!! You should be proud my man, your arcade looks amazing.
Thank you very much
Badass
Thank you
Turned out amazing compared with what you started with. Must be some house above for all that footage.
Thank you
Absolutely epic job bet you nephew's all the kids in your family wanna come over and all the dads wonderful job better than the tru arcades where I grew up in Michigan okland county area
Thank you and yes every one really enjoys it witch makes it all worth it
The basement looks great! I am sure your party was a blast. One of my upcoming projects is adding a bunch of shooting games into a virtua cop cabinet using batocera and a sinden light gun.
Thank you I’m definitely interested to see how that works for you. I have a cabinet I would like to use for a multi shooter.
5 stars 👍
Thank you
Yeah you could build a lightgun cab, just grab a pair of Sinden light guns and you're good to go.
Thanks I might try it
Your arcade game is on point, amazing! Although I have one complaint... You need a pinball.
Thank you very much and yes, I know I need a few pinballs one day lol
You should sell tickets!
Wow very warm and inviting environment, impressive work & collection. I basically have the same thing except geared toward musicians / instruments / full band set up. But have multiple gaming systems set up as well. Some people don’t get what a fantastic social environment it creates, regardless of the particular theme at hand. IE: Ive had my share of rolled eyes and family criticism for the dollars Ive spent on music gear, as I’m sure you’ve had about games. Life is short and even the ‘good times’ require some effort to make happen…. why not increases your odds right?
Exactly you only live once do what you want. Never worry what others say and thank you
I plan to do a cuphead too but for me it should be in a laser-dsic-cabient like Space Ace or Dragons Lair....for obvious reasons. If it is in a NIntendo cab it need to be in a widebody if it is a two player configuration. Other than that I love everyting in this video
Thank you very much and I never even thought of using a laser disk cabinet. That’s a good idea.
Happy new yr! It’s never done.
Happy new year
Really rare collection. Never see games like that in home, or Arcade even (if u can find one of those).
Thank you very much
@@troylukans2174 looking forward to future content. Subbed!
Wow, that my friend is the best basement arcade I've seen! You've done an amazing job man you really have. Mind blowingly good. Can't wait to see the coming videos where you keep everything working, hopefully some gameplay videos etc?
Thank you very much
sweet basement dude. could u possibly do a short video on how u wired up the coin returns to act as switches?
Yes I could but what I did was just made a bracket and put a little micro switch behind it so that when it pushes in it hits the switch and thank you
I think I know that banana. Is his name Phil McRackin? Anyhow. Great arcade. I like how there are different rooms . its perfect.
Thank you
Cool setup....for the little bar glass washer you got on amazon....where does the water drain from....do you have a floor drain already in the basement??
Thank you and it is plumbed in to the sink drain
I know you said a buddy of yours set up your Space Ace. Do you know how the scoreboard is connected? I currently have a computer running mine without a connection for the scoreboard. I really like how the coin returns change from Space Ace to Dragon's Lair.
All the 3D printed figures are awesome.😅 I've seeen many arcades on RUclips and yours is by far the best and my favorite. Keep up the great work and videos on arcades.
Thank you very much and the score board is using the original ribbon cable
Great arcade! How many breakers are you running in your game room & what size amps? Also, how many outlets per breaker?
I am running 11 20 amp breakers I put about 8 games on each breaker thank you
These people must have huge houses, ugg mines so small
Nice setup man! Whats the name of the laser light that you used in the Space Ace room?
Thank you

Pi4 is great 50k games on something the size if a pack of smokes
Nothing wrong with that but I love the original cabinets they have history to me
@@troylukans2174 yeah I get it. No better memories of being in the arcade
Looks great! How much extra is added to your electricity bill?
Not much I don’t really run the games that often maybe only once or twice a week and thank you
"the game is pretty responsive for running a computer vs the original Hardware"
I would assume a a computer can do this WAY faster than a laserdisc-player...especially a 40 years old one
What kind of lasers are those? Love the basement
Thank you Ehaho DJ Laser Party Lights, 3D... www.amazon.com/dp/B0B9RBGNSR?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Cool! Appreciate it!
Man, your setup is incredible and I admire your hard work. I'm getting some great ideas from yours that I would like to use when I have the space. I might have missed it, but where did you get those arcades? I noticed that they are not the Arcade1 Up versions. Thank you!
Thank you and most of the Arcade games are originals that I have restored on this channel. A lot of them I restored before I started the Arcade channel and I have a lot more than I’m going to be doing on here.
@@troylukans2174 Great work. Just subbed!
Awesome I really appreciate it. If you’re into cars, I have another channel called Troy’s restorations, 2.0.
😮 Beautiful collection. Do guest freely leave or do you have to kick them out? 😊
Thank you and they come and go. I don’t mind if they stay a while. Lol
Rad arcade bro! That is one very large basement you have. Agreed the Satan's hollow looks better red. I would definitely go with the donkeykong pcb and the switcher in your Jr cab. Riddledtv makes an excellent nintendo switcher. And the HSS kit has donkeykong 2 mod, which is a fun game. I have mine setup like this. Only in a DK cab. Luv the zookeeper and sinistar. 2 excellent games!! And no, your sinistar is not controlling properly. Are you running original hardware? Or the Jrok multi board? Could be the wiring from the joystick to the pcb.
Thank you and I agree on the donkey Kong
Looks amazing, what type of lights are you using to make everything glow? they look like recessed lighting, i have some recessed lights over my arcade room and i cant find any blacklight recessed lights.
Thanks and I am using these can lights turned to blue

Do you have an idea what a Tron Cocktail might be worth?
im looking at one now. its not in collector shape but is in decent shape with some Nick's and 40 yr old wear. No screen burn,buttons/joysticks work well and plays well. Colors are good etc.. appreciate any input. Thank you!
Thank you I have seen those go for about $2000
@troylukans2174 Thank you,appreciate your time
No Hydro Thunder!
Where do u find the time?
I’m a very motivated person who doesn’t sleep a lot lol
@@troylukans2174 clearly, lol
